Bought this for my mother-in-law because her previous Panasonic phones quit working so I thought these Motorola phones would be a better idea. Not. The controls were not only confusing to her, they also didn't work, so I returned them for another set from Panasonic with Geek Squad protection. That way, if they quite working in just over a year (like the last ones), we can return them.

Bought these for my 82-year-old mother-in-law to replace a Panasonic set that failed after less than 2 years. The problem was, these Moto units are so complicated she had a hard time using them. Needless to say, I returned them and bought another Panasonic phone set - this time with Geek Squad protection - so that if they fail we can return them for a new set at no charge.
