I bought this monitor on April 8th and both cameras are very fuzzy I can’t see either one of my babies very well will be returning tomorrow. First picture you can barely see one of my babies the second picture shows the sheet my other baby would be sleeping on and that sheet actually has arrows on it and u can’t see any of the designs.

Didn't expect this from Best buy. They only shipped charger. There was no camera in the box. I have not received my refunds yet. I should have given minus 5 stars if that was possible

Second time purchasing this monitor, first one lasted about 2 years before needing to be replaced due to charging issue. Would recommend!

Good quality video, comes with 2 pre paired cameras that is convenient. Unfortunately camera 1 would constantly beeped and would disconnect after about 3-5 minutes. Camera 2 worked great. Bought it on sale so it was worth the price

I had the older version of this monitor and I love them both! It doesn’t connect to WiFi, but that’s okay with me. I wanted something I could use in the baby’s room even if the WiFi was out. I also have a camera set up in my 4YO’s room and I split the screen at night so I can hear them both if they need me. I also use them for traveling or taking the kids to my mom’s house if I need to out my baby down for a nap, but want to stay outside with the rest of the family!

Purchased this in early Oct., unfortunately “outside” the 15 day return window. Screens are very blurry and lags. Also, recently, the monitor began turning on by itself. Go to turn it off, turns back on by itself and screen is completely white/static screen which no longer turns off nor can be fixed. Last monitor we had lasted 3+ years. Waste of $200+ dollars

Ok, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything before. This thing sucks. After the “15 day” return policy on it, it decided to completely screw up. One camera decided to go completely blurry, like a clear sticker got put on it and the temperature readout only says LL° in red letters. The other camera has started this high pitched electrical feedback buzzing noise but the camera is clear still. You can’t have the sound on for that one, which defeats the whole purpose of having a monitor. So as of right now, they’re basically useless to us and we can’t return them since we also threw away the box they came in. Safe to say, DO NOT BUY THESE! Our other monitor lasted almost 5 years without issue until the batteries just wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. Heed my warning!

This is a good camera. I like that I have the option to use it with or without WiFi. Things I don't like is it doesn't always switch from day to night mode properly, the thermostat will sometimes not work and sometimes the controls on the monitor won't move the camera. I probable reset these cameras once a week to get them to work properly once again.

The baby monitor is great. Ita works perfectly. It has night vision and im bale to rotate the camera to different angles. Absolutely love this product. It greatly helped my wife and I in always being aware of our baby

I’d love to give 0 stars, but that is not an option. This is the second monitor we purchased and had one fuzzy and poor camera. It’s a shame because I want to love the product but it seems like it is a known and common problem that is neglected on Motorola’s end.

Works great. Has a pretty good range of motion to move. The only downside is that it's zoomed in pretty close, even being 3-4ft away. It looks like it's right on babys face.

One camera has such poor focus that it’s not even useable. The other camera is slightly better. I can at least make out a blob of a shape of the baby and see when he moves. The audio and sound effects work fine, but the visual aspect of this product is awful and I would not recommend.
