Q: For the clamp, how thick of a desk can it fit around? I have a glass top desk but the metal frame gives it a 2 3/4" lip that the clamp has to work around. Would this work with that? Thanks!

Q: When the monitors are positioned in the middle and together how much of the arms will be behind the desk? ( How far away does the desk need to be from the wall? ) Thanks.

A: you can have your desk right up against your wall. The arms can position any way you want them to be because they have first 2 joints swivel 360 degrees and the joint nearest to the monitor swivels 180 degrees

Q: Can I rotate 360° without remounting the monitors (i.e., just with my hands)?

A: Hello, no you do not have to remove the monitors to rotate the VESA plate. The monitors can be kept on.

Q: Is this arm able to support a 34" ultrawide and a 24" normal? I want to get them more balanced on my desk and right now they're really weirdly setup

A: Hello Justin, You could support a 34" ultrawide and a 24" monitor on these arms. Our concern would be weight and VESA patterns. The weight cannot exceed 20lbs per arm, and the VESA pattern must be between 75x75mm to 100x100mm. If those requirements are met, then this mount should work perfectly for you.

Q: Will the clamp work on a desk that is only 1 inch thick?

    Buy this if you’re a Wacom Cintiq user!

    [Employee of bestbuy] This is gonna be a very specific review but if you’re a Wacom Cintiq user, specifically for the 21 UX this monitor arm works pretty darn well! I wanted a dual monitor mount for my Cintiq and my monitor and I was worried it wouldn’t fit my Cintiq since Wacom claims that you should only use their brand of mount. With the 21UX being 19 lbs, I almost gave in a bought a Wacom mount that was more than the price of this dual mount. But, I gave this one a shot and it worked! You do have to tightened the front where is holds the Cintiq as tight as possible or it will angle down but you actually don’t need to tighten the arm itself all the way which I found to be impressive! This is a great durable mount and I couldn’t recommend it more!

    Dual ultrawides

    A good solution for the issue i had. The grommet mount comes included and i ended up utilizing it. I needed to mount 2 34 inch 21:9 monitors. One portrait and one landscape. The system supported this solution well and at a good price. Build quality and cable management are quite good for the price point.

    Durability comes to mind.

    This item is a first of its kind for me. I have a 27 inch monitor on it so far and i love the way you can adjust the tension for heavier monitors. So far the ease of use is great and fits perfectly on my sit stand desk. I will be monitoring its durability as the months go by.
