    Failed online customer support

    Nothing wrong with product I suppose. However bestbuy online customer support, despite having all the specifics about my project (including location ,measurements and special material) still recommended this product that ultimately did not work. Geek squad arrived and noted that online customer support is not always reliable. Then when I went to bestbuy to give them a chance to make it right my options where limited because it was a “marketplace” item. All this ended with me having to pay an additional $150 to purchase the correct mount and delay my projects for another week.

    Hi there! The Mount-It! MI-384 is compatible with TVs ranging from 42" to 65" and has a weight capacity of up to 55 lbs. To check if it will work for your Samsung S90FD, you will just need to verify your specific TV size. It will work perfectly for the 42", 48", 55", or 65" S90FD models, provided they are within the 55 lb weight limit without the stand. However, it will not work if you have the 77" or 83" S90FD models. For those larger sizes, we highly recommend upgrading to our MI-384L model, which is specifically engineered for 65" to 85" TVs weighing between 61 and 110 lbs.

  • Can you attaché a soundbar to this wall mount?

    Hi Tr! Yes, you can absolutely attach a soundbar to this mount. The MI-384 is specifically designed with a built-in horizontal crossbar below the TV interface to accommodate soundbar installation. This ensures your soundbar stays perfectly aligned with the screen even when you use the pull-down or swivel features. No extra drilling into the TV is required, as it uses the existing VESA mounting points!

  • Is TCL - 55" Class QM7K Series 4K UHD QD Mini LED Smart TV is heavy enough to use with this wall mount. We'll it hold it down

    The MI-384 fireplace mount requires a minimum of 17 lbs up to a maximum of 55 lbs to properly engage the gas spring mechanism and hold the mount down in its lowered position. We also offer a larger version of this mount, but that model requires a minimum weight of 75 lbs.
