Nothing wrong with product I suppose. However bestbuy online customer support, despite having all the specifics about my project (including location ,measurements and special material) still recommended this product that ultimately did not work. Geek squad arrived and noted that online customer support is not always reliable. Then when I went to bestbuy to give them a chance to make it right my options where limited because it was a “marketplace” item. All this ended with me having to pay an additional $150 to purchase the correct mount and delay my projects for another week.
