    Missing Pieces

    We can’t even hang it up because it came missing pieces and the mounting screws and haven’t received any communication back from the seller after several days.

  • does this mount to a 4 inch by 4 inch wood post

    Thank you for reaching out! While the MI-393 is designed for wood stud installation, we generally do not recommend mounting it to a standard 4x4 wood post. Because this mount features an extra-long 40-inch extension, it exerts significant leverage and torque on the mounting surface when fully extended. A single 4x4 post may not provide the lateral stability or surface area required to safely support a heavy TV at that distance. For a secure installation, we recommend mounting to a standard wall with wooden studs or a solid concrete/brick surface as outlined in the manual.   • Is this wall mount compatible with a 65 in Roku tv?

    Dear Customer, TV mounts use a standardized measurement called VESA. Not every mount will work with every TV. It is recommended to check the VESA pattern of the mount and TV to make sure that they are compatible before purchasing a TV mount.
