    To use the remote control for the Mount-It! Motorized Ceiling TV Mount, use the Up arrow to fold the mount flat against the ceiling and the Down arrow to lower it. You can also save a custom viewing angle, adjust the mount to your preferred position, then press and hold mem1 or mem2 for about one second until you hear a beep; pressing either memory button 1 or 2 once later will automatically return the mount to that saved position.
