This is the most incredible device! It thoroughly cleans my hardwood floors, maneuvers over area rugs, around and under tables, follows directions, takes time, has excellent GPS. The app is easy and flexible to use. The value is great. I use it every day and it works while we are sleeping! It’s also solution efficient and water efficient. It takes its time, which is fine with me! No issues at all (it’s been one month since purchase and initial use). It does require a small time Investment to understand the navigation, room alignment, vacuum vs mop vs both and at which setting, but well worth the spend! I have two dogs and a cat. My floors have not looked this good since I adopting the second dog!
