Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been using the MOVA V50 Ultra for daily cleaning and I’m really impressed so far. The suction power is strong enough to pick up pet hair, dust, and small debris on both hard floors and carpets. It navigates well around furniture and doesn’t get stuck easily. The self-cleaning base station is a huge plus. Emptying dirty water and maintaining the system is very straightforward, which makes this feel truly hands-off compared to my previous robot vacuum. The mop drying feature also helps prevent odors. Setup was easy and the app is intuitive to use. Overall, this has saved me a lot of time and keeps the floors consistently clean. A great option for pet owners or anyone looking for an all-in-one robot vacuum and mop.

This is the most incredible device! It thoroughly cleans my hardwood floors, maneuvers over area rugs, around and under tables, follows directions, takes time, has excellent GPS. The app is easy and flexible to use. The value is great. I use it every day and it works while we are sleeping! It’s also solution efficient and water efficient. It takes its time, which is fine with me! No issues at all (it’s been one month since purchase and initial use). It does require a small time Investment to understand the navigation, room alignment, vacuum vs mop vs both and at which setting, but well worth the spend! I have two dogs and a cat. My floors have not looked this good since I adopting the second dog!

The suction power of the V50 is impressive. It easily pulls out dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets in a single pass. Even in high traffic areas, the cleaning performance feels strong and consistent.

I’ve been using the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete for a while now, and honestly it has been one of the best home purchases I’ve made. A rare case where a machine actually does what the marketing people promised instead of just lying in a prettier font. From the first setup, it was easy to get running. The mapping feature learned my home quickly and created accurate room layouts without the usual robotic confusion of smashing into furniture like it holds a grudge. It moves smoothly, avoids most obstacles, and gets into areas that I normally forget to clean. The vacuum performance has been excellent. It picks up dust, pet hair, crumbs, and everyday mess with no problem. Carpets look refreshed after each run, and hard floors stay noticeably cleaner. I’ve also been impressed with how well it handles edges and corners, which many robot vacuums treat as optional. Independent testing also praised its strong suction, carpet cleaning, and mopping performance. The mopping function is another big reason I’ve enjoyed it so much. Floors come out clean without streaks, and it does a great job on dried spots and kitchen messes. Having a machine quietly scrub your floors while you do literally anything else is one of humanity’s better ideas. The self-emptying and self-cleaning dock makes ownership even better. I don’t have to constantly empty bins or wash pads, which means I actually use it regularly instead of abandoning it in a corner with my other “smart” purchases. Battery life has been solid for my needs, and the app gives plenty of control for schedules, room cleaning, no-go zones, and custom settings. It feels polished and reliable. Overall, the MOVA V50 has saved me time, kept my floors consistently clean, and made daily chores easier. If something can reduce housework and annoyance at the same time, it deserves respect.

Honestly didn’t expect much at first — my old robot either had weak suction or left a weird mop smell. The V50 Ultra totally changed that. Strong suction pulls dirt out of carpets easily, and the mop washes and dries itself, so it never feels dirty. I basically just let it run and forget about it. Lazy-friendly for real.

I've tried a couple of the Mova robot vacuum models and the V50 Ultra Complete seems to be the best value and does a great job. (I bought it during the Christmas shopping season & the price was excellent). I have 7 Yorkies at home and it really helps with keeping my floors clean. IThe app is so easy to use run it every day. So far so good.

This Mova V50 Ultra has been a total game-changer for my pet-friendly home! It picks up all the dog hair effortlessly, self-cleans its mop pads, and dries them fast—no more stinky rags. Worth every penny!

The MOVA V50 Ultra Complete is honestly a total steal and might just become your new favorite household gadget. Setup? Ridiculously easy—literally unbox it, plop down the base station, and this smart little guy figures out your home layout like magic. Performance-wise, it's a beast that gobbles up pet hair, crumbs, and dirt like it's on a mission, plus it mops AND cleans its own mop pads so you don't have to deal with gross cleanup. The best part? At $749, you're getting all the fancy bells and whistles that usually cost way more, making it feel like you're getting away with something. If you want a robot vacuum that actually does the work while you kick back and relax, this is your guy.

This vacuum is the best robot vacuum I've purchased over the years. I always had eufy vacuums in the past but the app and features of the Mova for the same price as many direct competitors is hard to beat.

I’ve owned a few robot vacuums over the years, but the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete is in a league of its own. The suction is incredibly powerful, and it pulls deep-down dust and dirt right out of my carpets that my old vacuum missed. It even automatically lifts itself up to climb easily over high rug edges and thick carpet transitions where other robots get stuck. The most impressive feature is how low maintenance it is. It vacuums, empties its own dust bin into the base station, and even automatically doses its own cleaning solution when it needs to mop my hard floor areas. I don't have to touch or refill anything for weeks.

I had ti get a new one sent out but because mova tech support is done through email. Was 1 day from the 30 day. Return. Best buy refused to help me. Return it to mova. For exchange. BEWARE BEST BUY MARKET PLACE CHANGES THEIR RULES MANY TIMES AND WILL NOT HONOR WHAT WAS AT T8ME OF PURCHASE. DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY ON MARKET PLACE. BECAUSE OF THIS. Mova refunded it and I bought from them. If they had real phone support I wouod have given them 5 stars It is so quite. We had a different one and it was so loud ever time it cleaned it's self This one still can hear people as it cleans it's self and the floor. THIS ONE FROM all ytube REVIEWS is the best for sand. In Nevada, Sand everywhere. It cleans the rugs better from sand than Kirby we have and after we had carpets steam cleaned it still pukked up stuff. Fyi the kirby was used 5 times before this mova The carpet is soft again. Again best buy didn't help us. In stire stuff they stand products. But those rules have also changed .

Impressed with the level of detail while cleaning. Easy to set up and to operate.

I am very happy with this purchase. Although it is a bit early, but I am fairly satisfied with the cleaning. I think the suction is really good and the mopping is also very good. There are little brushes it can use to reach the corner of the floors, which are kind of hit and miss but overall the cleaning is very good quality.

This was purchased as an upgrade from the Roomba i7. I can say this is night and day compared to the older vacuum. It's much quieter, which is a major plus. It mops in addition to vacuuming. The app settings are highly customizable and I've found that it avoids objects much better. So far I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Fantastic robot vacuum/mop. Have used multiple others in the past and none have had the suction power or consistent navigation as this on has. Keeps our floors and carpets spotless!

work good, easy to use in app , it don't use much water. he actually keeps the house clean .

First I surprised robot can't go to base after I unjust base clean plastic steps and everything works perfect floor mopping amazing and vacuuming very nice for this money it's very good

This is a great robot vacuum! It cleans the floor all while mopping it too!

This vacuum does it all. It cleans and mops and has advanced sensing and mapping. It has changed how we clean our house and saves us so much time. We have a small dog and it is able to handle pet hair and other messes.

its cleans good. the app is harder to navigate then Roomba but once I figured it out it was ok. I do wish I could use the pet cleaner like every other cleaning but on auto its once a week or all the time.
