Mozart / Hemm / Schafer - Prima la Musica E Poi Le Parole - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

W.a. Mozart - Mozart [COMPACT DISCS] date 05/27/2008

Stories of Mozart's musical precocity, especially centered on pianistic work, are well-known and form an integral part of our mythology around the composer. This aims to bring wider attention to the charming opera Buffa La Finta Semplice, composed by Mozart at age 12. Full of light and elegant arias, skillful ensembles, and amusing characterizations, this recording casts the spotlight on a the delightful mind of a developing young composer.

After the scenes of carnage left by last year's two track EP, 'The Concurrent Cycle', Sijjeel have returned once again with more sounds of otherworldly horror - this time a full album of mind-breaking, soul-burning death metal of the very darkest hues. More deeply steeped in the essence of terror than ever before, Sijjeel have invoked the ineffable, the unspeakable... The 'Affiliation of Horrid Containment'! Drinking deeply from a well of inspiration whose waters are black with the blood of old gods and the effluence of devils, Sijjeel have summoned into existence an album of horror and madness such as other bands only glimpse in their nightmares. From the first notes of it's nerve-stripping instrumental intro through to the last dying embers of the climactic InchImpaled Upon the PyreInch, 'Affiliation of Horrid Containment' is a behemothic black monument of agony made manifest. Each song is a new vision of chaos, be it the jagged blades of InchAbominable CaptivationInch or InchTorment Upon Their ExistenceInch - a cascade of warped grotesqueries that finally breaks open into bludgeoning blows of malignant dissonance. Hussain Akbar spins riffs from his guitar like the entwined entrails of innocents, while the bass of Lukas Kaminski is an abyssal beast, rearing up to inflict wanton stab wounds on the songs' tortured structures as the world-swallowing voice of Floor van Kuijk roars it's incantations of insanity from the darkness. Sijjeel have invoked another death metal plague from beyond the void... Continuing their blood pact with Comatose Music, Sijjeel will unleash 'Affiliation of Horrid Containment' on July 5th. Mixed and mastered by the band's own Floor Van Kuijk at his infamous GLDCHN Studios for maximum, soul-scarring impact and wrapped in the eye-gouging artwork of Rudi Gorgingsuicide, this album is set to bring a new age of darkness to the death metal undergrou
