Q: Does this support the Ryzen 5600X straight out the box? Or will it require a BIOS update?

A: Ryzen 5600X is supported out of the box.

Q: How many fans can you plug in at once

A: 1x 4-pin CPU fan connector 1x 4-pin water-pump fan connector 6x 4-pin system fan connectors

Q: This did not come with screws, where do I locate ones that will fit and what size is needed?

A: Screws for mounting a motherboard to your case are provided by your case manufacture.

Q: is this motherboard compatible with Ryzen 7 5800X?

A: Yes I just built a pc using this board and used the 5800X with it.

Q: Have one case fan more than I have system fan connections, can I put my last 120mm fan onto the 4 pin 'pump' slot? Or so I need to buy a splitter?

A: You can use the 4pin pump header as a pwm fan port. Fan splitters also work, so you do have options in regards to how you want to set up your fan situation.

Q: Can I use the flash bios button to update the bios without a cpu? I want to use this board with the Ryzen 5 5600x, but I don't have a last gen Ryzen to update bios with.

A: Yes you can. All you need is a usb drive with the new BIOS properly loaded on it.

Q: Does this support a ryzen 9

A: Yes it supports Ryzen 3000 series.

Q: Will the Msi b550 gaming edge wifi work with any corsair rgb fans?

A: The B550 Gaming Edge WiFi does not have a native corsair pin out, so you will need a third party corsair controller.
