Q: What kind of CPU cooler can you put on this?
A: I have a NZXT Kraken X52 Rev. 2 AIO on mine. I would venture say that any modern cooler that supports Intel should fit this board. I could be wrong.
Q: THIS MOTHERBOARD SUPPORT 4K ULTRA HD ?
A: depends on cpu if it has integrated graphics or the gpu. What cpu/gpu are you going with?
Q: Would this MB work with the nee i9 processors from intel, and the 2080ti Founders Edition?
A: Why wouldnt it? This is a great board. The only bad thing about it is that MSI was so lazy that there are absolutely NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO drivers on it. No ethernet, no wifi. Nothing. So make sure you use the disc it comes with.
