Powerful Machine

Powerful Machine for Gaming and other features. Runs hot when running games so make sure you let the fan is not blocked. Runs my graphics programs well although occasionally Indesign gets a bit wonky on the screen requiring a restart which is either the memory issue or software.

It is super fast with everything. I run five programs at once and the CPU is barely above 10%

Wrong Operating system. No help from support.

Got wrong operating system. Techsupport on phone not helpful. All I needed was an upgrade key. I pay for Geek Squad support. Telling me to go to the store is not a solution. I shop online for a reason.

False advertisement

False advertisement, received a wrong laptop. Customer services couldn’t help at the store nor online/phone call. Been on hold and spent 5 hours on this problem, but no one can help to get the right laptop with the spec as advertised.
