This Wireless Combo Kit is perfect. The controller is the right size, very easy to set up and use and the bonus 10 foot long cord for your original controller makes 2 player games possible without the need to sit on top of your tv. Seriously Nintendo why the short cord? This is a great product and combo set and if you catch it on sale then it's all the better.

The wireless NES controller is sturdy has a good feel to it and most of all of cool for the convenience of having A wireless controller also comes with extension for the wired controller great addition especially for it's length great combo package the wireless controller don't disappoint good comfortable controller in the hands for long gameplay I recommend!

Since the included controller cord is about 18 inches long, this is a must. The cord was so short I had to sit way too close to the tv. It might’ve worked on the 13” B&W I had to use at my grandma’s when I was a kid but not with my 55.” The wireless controller works great and the extension for the other gives plenty of reach. Much more comfortable

All you have to do is put batteries in and hook the base part into the nes. Was able to use it from anywhere in a 12x12 room. It also has where you can press both select and start, it takes you to the main game system window. So you don't have to get up and go hit reset on the NES system. Great for elders with a hard time getting up.

Needed to buy these in conjunction with the new classic mini Nintendo. Read online the controller (only 1x) that came with the system was short in length. I needed to have two controllers, so I went ahead and purchased the wireless option. No issues at all using these.

With the cord on the stock controller being so short, getting an extension is a must. Getting an additional controller that is wireless along with it, it even better! The price for this deal is about the same as what you could buy just the extension cable for. And no obvious lag.

It's a good size and feel, and I really liked it being wireless, easy to connect.

This was a great addition to my Christmas gift of the actual system. The cord on the controller that the system comes with is pretty short so this was perfect to sit back on the couch further away and play. Definitely an item everyone should get along with the system.

Necessary for the NES Classic edition since the controller that comes with it has a short chord. The wireless is also nice so you don't have to keep getting up and walking to the game unit to go back to the main menu and choose another game or save your game.

The only thing bad about the NES Classic is that the controller that comes with it is very short. This controller is awesome as it gives you the wireless technology that we have become accustomed to while we play our favorite NES games

My wife and I purchased the NES Classic for my school-age son's birthday. He loved the retro games, but was seriously straining his neck to look up at the wall-mounted TV. It was also disappointing that he and I couldn't play together due to the lack of a second controller. This bundle solved both problems, allowing him to use a wireless controller when playing alone and allowing us to better leverage the pre-packaged, wired controller when we wanted to play together. It's functioned flawlessly thus far and provides a nice solution to what I imagine is a very common challenge for NES Classic buyers.

It's hard to stick with the 3' cord that the classic nes comes with. Getting the wireless is a necessity. It also comes with a 10' cord that you can use with the controller that came with the system.

Bought the NES classic and didnt look hard enough when buying 2nd controller and bought an NES one. Then when we open it we find the NES controller has only like 3 ft cable. This alternative is wireless AND comes with a 10ft extension to use with the controller that came with NES.

Wireless makes it even better and the longer extension makes 2 player great with how short the cable is with the controller that comes with the nes classic

If bringing back childhood memories counts then this one wins. But seriously, go the wireless route. Much easier to manage and extremely easy of a setup.

The one issue I do have with the NES Classic is the length of the cord on the included controller and lack of a second. This kit is totally worth it.

I bought one of these because the cords were way to short on the controllers that came with the NES classic even with extension cords. I tried using the wireless SNES controller that I also bought but it was to awkward because the button layout is different. I actually purchased 2 of these controllers bit for whatever reason one of them is a little different. I don't know if it's this one or the other one but one of them has a home button that takes you back to the home screen without having to press reset. Definitely recommend.

The wireless controllers are awesome when you wanna sit across the room. And if the batteries run out, you can plug these in too

This is a really nice controller for the old classic system. To not have a wire attached is a really nice feature. Works great.

Controller works great. The extension cable for my other wired controller let's me relax on the couch and play 10 feet away
