Good camera but description is wrong, no support.

Snap camera with good camera quality for its price. It can easily be hidden behind the rear view mirror. I really liked that it came with an OBD cable to make sure it’s always connected and out of sight instead of using the cigarette lighter outlet which looks horrible on any car. The reason for the rating is because the information available here and even on the box is wrong and when you read the customer questions you’ll also notice the manufacturer responses admitting the inaccuracies. For example, this camera is supposed to Loop Record but when the SD card is full the camera shuts off automatically; hence, it does not loop record. I reached out to the manufacturer for support but it’s been 5 days and no answer. I will be returning the camera and will stay away from their products since they do not support what they sell

Overall, a great camera for the a good price. It comes with ODB 2 plug, which can save you at least $50. The cons are it only support up to 32gb card and it doesn't have night vision.

Good quality for the price

Pretty good video quality. It can be used without being plugged into the car but the battery seems to die very quickly if not plugged in. You can look at the screen and within a minute of unplugging the battery will go down a bar.

Hi Janay, so happy to hear that you love your new dash cam. Yes, the dash cam is not meant to be charged and used, it needs to be plugged into your car cigarette lighter to be powered on to record. False marketing.

Marketed as GPS but it’s false marketing. Don’t do this… How could Bestbuy allow allow such false marketing. The initial sound is like a cheap product chime. And no suction cup, it has stickys.. video quality is good though.
