this dishwasher looks better than others in its price range. control panel not the best, confusing difficutlt controls, sure is quiet! and stainless tub , appears well built, heavy. cleans great!

So far I been totally satisfied with the dishwasher, follow instructions and read the manual and everything is easy. I loved the fact the the inside is stainless steel, no funny smells. Let’s see how it keeps up in the long run. Also compared to the Samsung low budget stainless steel model dw80r5061us @ $579.99, I feel this one is built more sturdier. Both models are pretty much comparable. I am pretty sure the Samsung will last longer. But for price bargain this will do the job. One good factor, this dishwasher doesn’t show the name brand on the front stainless steel panel, which is good if you are worried about brands being mixed up on your Appliances.

Bought this dishwasher is an open item. Price was decent and install was relatively smooth. The technician was very friendly and informative. This dishwasher is decent for its price point no complaints so far. I’ve had it for almost a month now. Has pretty simple settings for the most part but gets the job done. I can’t imagine spending more money on something I probably hardly ever use. Give it a try thanks.

Buyer beware! On the website the "White" version has a light Stainless Steel look in the pictures. That is NOT at all how it actually looks. The "White" is actually white. Very,Very misleading. Returning to get another. We bought it because it is the best best bang for buck dishwasher here.

Its a very basic model, but has a stainless tube which is important to me. Only grip is that the bottom rack doesn't always track properly. Once and awhile you have to pick it up and lift it into the washer tube.

Not super happy with this product! I've had the repairman out twice to correct a leak that happens every time the unit is on. The settings are not easy to use/adjust and the unit makes loud beeping sounds that you can't disengage. Wouldn't recommend.

I've been trying to make this dishwasher wash dishes for three months. Don't get me wrong, it was easy to install and it runs thru the cycles like it is supposed to. It doesn't, however, clean dishes. There's always residue and sometimes what appears to be actual dirt. Or dry the dishes. I've never once had it more than half full, I've used rinse aid, I've pulled the thing out from under the cabinet and triple checked to make sure I didn't screw something up. For some reason, however, my dishes are always covered in white and brown grime, and they never dry. I don't want crusty dishes so I still wash my dishes by hand. I'm incredibly disappointed and I'll never buy another Insignia product. People who are having issues with the timer delay, just click thru until you see 00. That part is simple.

This thing is awesome. Cleans dishes great, extremely quite and great looking. Only thing not a fan of is the display it’s very easy to hit a button so it flashes constantly. Not a huge issue but a little annoying and saw that from other reviews. For the price though it is worth dealing with!

Keeps breaking down with error E4... there is no leak but the sensor keeps going bad and needs to be replaced.

Confusing controls need manual laminated because your going to have to reference it all the time, It works but very flimsy

Wasn’t the easiest to install but looks nice and sleek. Very quiet when on.

the control panel lights never go off, Here is what Hector from Insignia had to say. "I went ahead and checked this with our Engineering Department, and they kindly let me know that this is a normal behavior of the Dishwasher, and the only way to turn the Control panel's light would be unplugging it" and as far as Bestbuys price match go its not very good. on sale for 50.00 less this week but i only get 12.00 off because i used a birthday gift coupon.

It gets the dishes clean, and the normal wash setting does it in a mere 2 hours. (Our previous dishwasher would run for 4 or 5 hours.) However, it is noisy, and there is a burning smell later in the cycle. Also, canceling delay start has proved to be difficult to do. I sometimes have to hold the start button for 3 seconds multiple times before it starts. Also, the slots for silverware make it hard to load/unload dishes, but you can simply lift the plastic component which has the slots, and use the silverware trays as you would any other dishwasher. However, it you do this, be careful not to let any utensils slide between the trays, otherwise, you'll have trouble closing the unit.

DO NOT BUY this dishwasher! Started having problems after 6 months with constant E4 error and the dishwasher not working. Since it was under warranty, they "fixed" it only to have the same problem happen 3 months later. E4 error came up again and now I have been waiting for 3 weeks for claim dept to determine if it should be replaced or "repaired" again! This is a poorly made dishwasher! Much better reasonably priced options out there like Whirpool or Maytag.

Good looking stainless dishwasher. Has no manufacturer name on front...so will match other brands. Top control is convenient and hidden when closed. Not cheap, but a fair value.

Purchased in 2/2019,$750 delivered and installed, here in 8/2020 it no longer cleans even light debris, it stinks, out of the 1 year warranty with no extra Geek , it says on the website contact mfr, ( all this after being transferred and dropped 6 times) but all they tell you is to google dishwasher repair, there are no Insignia trained techs, I just need to randomly find someone and hope they know what they're doing, On their in house signature products.Ill probably;y need to drop several more hundred dollars on a poorly built machine .

I love Best Buy and this is their brand so I thought I would give it a try. Very inexpensive and it shows. Not user friendly at all. Dishes would never be dry at the end of a cycle. Do not recommend purchasing.

Runs pretty quite, the digital programming is going to take some getting use to it

I purchased this dishwasher and one year later the control panel doesn't work and can't be fixed! Piece of junk DO NOT BUY Insignia products!
