Cons: This Battery-Bank is long and heavy. But, that's expected based on it's higher capacity. The edges, while not sharp, are barely rounded. Pros: It came fully charged. It's refreshing to see stated on the device and instructions the "actual-delivered" amp capacity at the higher output voltages, rather than just the battery's capacity at their lower "stored" voltage. Extra Info: You'll lose "energy (watts)" as the bank increases voltage from it's batteries to it's output USB port; and again you'll lose energy through the cord and device to be charged before that energy is stored inside the device's battery. At 5 volts delivery .....easily 15% is lost getting out of the bank, and another 15% is lost getting through the cord and into the battery on the end device that you are charging. So, if you're trying to find out how many charges you can get out of this bank (at 5v) by dividing the "stored" 26,800 milli-amp-hours by your device's "stored" mAh, make sure that you reduce the result by 30%. And ... the higher the output voltage the more energy is lost... meaning the faster charging at the higher delivered voltage (9v) gives you less number of charges... using the smaller "C" port on the bank. This is not a knock against this bank, it's just how any battery-bank works, based on today's technology.

Pros: works great. Charges device very well Cons: bulky, heavy, & basically overall HUGE (added pic for comparison) (I will admit, that is MY FAULT for not checking the specs before ordering) I feel like the device takes forever to fully charge. Left it charging over night and woke up and the last blue light was STILL blinking, indicating that it wasnt fully charged yet. (Put it to charge with 2 full blue lights, so it was anywhere between 50% - 75% charge when it put it to finish charging overnight)

Good battery pack over all. I use it for camping and in case of an emergency. It can charge small devices quite a few times.

Worked well and provided multiple charges or tablets and phones before depletion. It's been exactly a year, and now I'm hearing a high pitched frequency sound while it's charging devices. It now also does not immediately light up when charging.
Very good charger, just a little heavy in weight but reliable.

100% recomend to anyone who doesn't care to carry a little bit of weight around. This charger is practically faster than a normal wall outlet. And allows for multiple phone recharge. The efficiency of the product outweighs the weight and cost. I use it for my driving job and not to bring with me solely for carrying everywhere. But it works amazing 10/10. Btw its 18w charger. Very easy to set up. Honestly never even looked at instructions. I might buy a second one just to have a spare say the power goes out or for emergencies.

Used this in our trip that consisted of 3 flights both ways. Had to use the charger on the last flight on to charge head phones for the kids. After about and hour the head phones were good and still had 4 lights ( 4 lights means fully charged). On the way back (week later did not recharge charger durring that week) had to charge up the kids tablets on our last flight. The 2 USB ports were perfect since i could charger both tablets at the same time (tablets are Amazon 7&8 kids edition). They kept playing games and watching movies while it charged. Only lost 1 light and the tablets lasted the entire filght (1 1/2). I got this because of the rating and the price and it is worth it to pick up.

It’s heavy it takes about a whole day to charge. But on the brighter side of things I have to charge my iPhone I think about three times in one charge and can last a long time I am lower capacity usage balance. I do appreciate the capacity when everyone else has lost their battery pack and can charge two items at a time takes AC type port to charge and it’s very convenient to have for very long time.

This is a good charger! You might not need this much of a charge? But once you charge it it will charge multiple devices! It is not a baby charger! It weighs a lot because it is a battery that holds your charge! It will help you on camping, anything outdoors! Once charged you can recharge multiple devices @ once! I recommend it!

Perfect charging phones and tablets when on the go or away from an outlet. It's pretty heavy and larger than expected, but love how many devices it can charge and how long it holds a charge. Only thing that decreases the rating is heaviness and bulkiness of the charger which makes it a little less portable.

I bought it for the price!!! So far no issues with holding the charge or charging other devices. It is a little big and heavy for a 26,800 mAh battery. I have a 36,200 mAh battery charger that is 15% smaller and a little lighter. However, for the price, I can live with the size and weight!

I got this on sale around Christmas. When I first opened the product, I was amazed how nicely built it was, especially considering that it was nearly half it's price! It has a nice matte black finish and has a solid usb-c port (for input as well as output) and two regular usb ports. The brick is larger than a smartphone and is about an inch thiccc (yes, 3 c's) but that is because this beast has an absolutely massive capacity. I've flown on a plane with it as it's (96.48Wh) just within the guidelines for taking on a flight (100Wh). My only qualm is that I didn't know why my device wasn't charging at first, but you need to press the button on the brick once in order to charge a device. I only have to charge it once a week, and when I do, it charges all day.

Had a 3 day power outage. worked to power our phones. Heavy to carry around but maybe great for camping or backpacking. Would recommend. The only real con, would be that it takes a while to charge.

It does the job. U can lay the phone on the top and it charges. Ok size ( for me). Keeps a charge. I’ve only charged once in 7 mos. don’t use a lot but it’s there when I’ve needed it still charged up. Cons.. scratches easy, It seems like I have to keep turning on when in use. It could b me just not reading the instructions before using. Which is a pro.. easy setup and go. Also has a % display of remaining battery.

Powerhouse portable power bank. I got this to be able to charge my wife’s phone and mine when on the road and this thing charges both phones multiple Times before requiring a recharge. It is really heavy and inconvenient but with the fast charging capability it charges my the phone super fast I just wish it had 2 usb-c outlets to fast charge more Tim one device at a time.

This is a real powerhouse of a battery charger! It didn't take too long for it to charge up itself and once charged, I connected it to my smartphone. It charged that up really quick with plenty of charge left to charge up more devices. Would be great to have in a situation where one looses power in their home and needs to keep charging their devices. It is a bit heavy but it does the job that you need it to do!

Absolute live saver for longer flights. The guy next to me had trouble charging his phone and I let him borrow this battery pack, I charged my 4000mah phone at least 2 or 3 times, and it still had about 50% charge left. It's a little big and I would have gotten the 20,000mah pack as that would have been plenty for me, but I definitely don't regret buying this one.
