I received a R7 with missing hdmi port/graphic card for 2k. Honestly I am very disappointed.

I purchased a different Alienware Aurora R7 Desktop originally but it had serious power issues plus all of the usb ports did not work. Since it was a brand new computer and the Geek Squad could not figure out the problem they suggested I return it and get another one. Unfortunately, the one I had ordered was not in stock. My only option was to get a computer that was less money but did not have all the features I wanted or to spend more money on an Aurora R7 that had more features and larger hard drive. I opted to go with the more expensive computer. I am very glad I went with this one. It has been great! Have had a few settings to change and my wi-fi will occasionally not turn back on when I restart. Just have to figure this problem out. Other than that I love this computer. It is super fast and has a SSD so boots up very fast. Have had no regrets in choosing this model! Would definitely recommend!

Great Computer, had it for about 4 months now and it is a perfect machine for a gamer. I was going to build my own rig but when i saw this beauty on sale for $1900 it was too good to pass up. I highly recommend this machine!

Bought this desktop lask week, and till now all work perfect with my 2K G-syn monitor. Also got another $150 back since they drop the price after I purchased it. My suggustion : PCIe SSD is necessary for gaming. Don't believe in SATA or Optane.

Compact and powerful. Has everything you could need from basic tasks to hd gaming. Will be purchasing another soon.

I have used this one for 2 years. Still comparable with 20 series. The performance is good for top fps games. People always question our IQ of buying a prebuild, but my opinion is that it really reduces the work and time of waiting the parts. Moreover, I feel safe to buy prebuilt from bestbuy rather than the dell official site.

Easy to set up. Software was simple & Fast - Great piece!

I bought this computer for the Foresight sports software and it has done the perfect job for what I bought it for. I also ran VR on it for about two hours and it seemed to work good. I have no prior knowledge about computers or Nvidia processors etc.

Everything is as expected; however, the standard GTX1080TI video card should have 4 outputs but the one included in this computer only has one. This was not detailed in the description.

Needed to upgrade from my old archangel computer. Was to slow to play new games. This was perfect and came with liquid cooling which I didn't expect. Plays all games perfect.

This is one of the best desktops I've ever purchased. I use it for video production. Editing, effects, music composition, etc. It's a great production tool. Handles it all great for the price you pay.

I would purchase this all over again! It's everything I need and more. I hope Dell keeps up the great work with these Alienware models. WTG Dell & WTG Best Buy for the great sale prices!

This is my first time reviewing a product that I have to give it a one star. As it turns out after going into my local store to figure out why I couldn't hook my monitor to the pc tower, it was missing an hdmi port that was never installed in said tower. I am not too pleased with the quality control from dell with my purchase. However I will used my refund funds to repurchase this again hoping I won't receive another defect.
