I bought this for my daughter cause she really likes to draw and design, so the folding feature made it perfect for the task. Bad news is the i3 core with HD screen DOES NOT SUPPORT AN ACTIVE STYLUS PEN!! Even though Best buy specs show it does. I had to look into Dell's support website to find out about this. Screen - Not great, it is too reflective. You can't see anything if you are not positioned at the right angle and looks kind of blurry. It is made out of plastic, however design looks pretty sleek and it is somehow sturdy. Folding feature is good so far. Processor responds very fast for regular tasks. It's just an ok laptop, I guess you get what you paid for. I do encourage Best buy to update their website specs, I wouldn't have bought this if I had known stylus is not supported. Beautiful, Amazing, practice, light, fast, flexible

The item arrived one day late. Overall the laptop is good and fast. Beside scratches easily appear in the part behind the screen. Aesthetically it is not beautiful, but it does the needed job as computer.

Great little tote around laptop! I use it for school, and it’s not too heavy to lug around. I did end up adding another 8 gb of ram after taking it out of S mode, and that helped the processing speed a ton! (However, be advised that if you take it off S mode, you can’t go back, and you’ll have to get a security software.) The folding mech is still fully intact and functional after almost 2 years of heavy daily use.

This is really a great Touch screen tablet that I use just about every day. It is fast and the charge lasts a long time.

I ordered this laptop because it can fold like a tablet and is touch screen too. It was delivered in a timely and safe manner. I appreciate the sleek look it gives. Some of the things I don't appreciate is that I have to keep it connected to the cord or the battery life runs out really fast. The computer overheats pretty quickly as well so I can not be on it for long periods of time without a fan. I have ended up with slight burn marks on my legs from the computer. It is not ideal for gaming. Most games will not work.

First the Pros: Not too heavy and compact, Windows 11 upgrade eligible, has 3 ports (2 USB A and 1 USB C), the USB C port can charge as well, comfortable keyboard to type with. Now the Cons: Battery life is poor - only about 3 hours on a single charge, Screen isnt full HD - only 768p, would have preferred if they made it 2 USB C ports instead of just 1. Overall the product is great value.

I bought this laptop a couple of years ago for my then 13 y/o son who is now 15 I have needed to use his laptop on occasion due to a charging issue that I was having with mine. Two years later, this laptop works well and the functionality of it gets the job done. I logged into my best buy account today because I am in the market for another one myself. I recommend it.

I purchased this computer during Black Friday 2021 at an unbeatable price! I ordered it online and it arrived in a quick and timely manner. It's an excellent computer, runs smoothly and quickly, and it's great for just about all of my tasks-studying, reading, working, watching movies, and listening to music. I especially purchased this 2-in-1 laptop for drawing and creating my digital artwork and it's just perfect. I would definitely recommend this computer!!

The DELL Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 has the speed and the features of a tower computer. Touch screen and hidden camera are a must.

Laptop is awesome! No issues thus far and very please with the purchase I made. I got it at a great price and being able to get a touch screen with a decent processor and SSD and 8GB of RAM; you can’t beat that

This laptop was a good buy for the on-sale price. It has decent screen resolution, good battery life, and an i3 11th generation which is as fast as the i5 8th generation processor. The 256 GB SSD is fast and noiseless. It also has a slot for MicroSD cards which can increase the storage capacity a great deal for not that much more money. The system came with Windows 10 and it keeps updating it. I am still waiting for it to upgrade to Windows 11.

I have been using this Laptop since for than 2 years and I don’t have any complaint about it. everything I need to do is done. I would recommend it.
