Defective remote sensor

Out of the box, the remote sensor was defective, not recognizing the included IOGEAR remote nor a Logitech universal remote programmed for this HDMI switcher. IOGEAR support could only promise to try to find a replacement remote as they did not have one on hand. I therefore returned the unit.

Best hdmi switcher on the market

If you're looking for a great automatic hdmi switcher that can support ps4 pro and ps5 (up to 60hz) then this is for you. Hdmi 2.0, Dolby vision, hdr10+, uncompressed audio for atmos.. it all goes through this guy with no issues at the max gbps for hdmi.2.0 at 18 gbps. It auto switches when it detects a video signal. I have 16 consoles so I have 2 of these and I never have to touch the remote. Yes it comes with it but if you're going to give it a 2 star review because of a defective remote then I guess you're one of those people
