During normal operation (replacing the batteries) a small piece of plastic broke on the battery cap latch. Because the connector springs/coils are on the cap, the unit would no longer power up as the force exerted by the batteries is enough to push the cap off without the latch. This renders the product useless. I inquired via the support email if i could get a replacement battery cap. I was informed that the unit was out of warranty and that i would have to buy a new device. I'm ok with this being out of warranty, fair enough, but having no other option but to throw away a perfectly working device is shamefully wasteful in my opinion. Again the only thing wrong with it is the broken latch on the battery cap. I'm frustrated with Qardio because 1) I believe this is a design flaw, and 2) they offer no options to replace the cap other than buying a new unit altogether. I will be researching other like devices, being sure to pay attention to reviews such as this so I don’t get burned again.

Blood pressure records stored and easy to retrieve, send/email to doctors. Only down side is having to replace batteries, wish it was rechargeable.

This is the second time I bought this blood pressure machine the first was stolen. What I like this monitor is accuracy I have a bigger better quality monitor and compare the difference, it basically has the same result and with the advantage of being portable. It's small and easy to fit in my pocket when I travel. It's a bit pricey for a monitor but I rather spend more than risk of taking medication for false reading. There you have it, accurate reading, small and easy to carry.

I had been looking at the QardioArm product for some time. The QardioArm nicely interfaces with your iPhone/Apple Watch as well as with the Health app. (There is also an Android app.). After a recent annual physical I thought it would be a good idea to periodically track my blood pressure. QardioArm works as claimed and I had found that the blood pressure readings are very repeatable and consistent with those taken in my doctor’s office. The only quirk that I have found is that if you have multiple users, the last user needs to momentarily turn off Bluetooth so that QuardioArm disconnects and the other user can connect.

Easy to use, accurate and reliable. I like the way it records the results over time making it easy to track progress and report to doctor.

Love this monitor! Easy and convinient to use. Seems to be pretty accurate too. Will know that for sure after I go check it at the doctors office.

Worthwhile Blood Pressure monitor. Connects with my phone, which is very good, and keeps track of my BP. I have not been able to connect with my Samsung Watch, thats only negative.

I love the Qardioarm because it is easy to use. My doctor wants me to keep track of my blood pressure and this device is perfect; I can even email him my results! There are no leads with this, just an arm band and my iPhone are used. It also records my heart rate. A member of "The Geek Squad" installed the app that is used and it works perfectly. I have purchased at least two other blood pressure monitors, but I only use this one. Read the directions carefully to assure you attach it to your arm correctly and you will love it! It comes in a round container that is small enough to pack for travel. It also records a history of readings to share when you go to the doctor's office. Small, no leads and very easy to use!!! I love it!!!

I bought this for my GF as an easier way to record her BP. Its worked amazing. She is able to send her doctor a full range of reading without her having to write numbers down or record the herself.

This monitor is unique, updated and easy to use. It is great that it works with the iPhone app and seems to be very accurate. Definitely recommend this monitor for its ease of use and cost.

Very portable and easy to use. Have taken to multiple doctor visits to compare readings. Readings are very close to those taken in office. Smartphone app stores readings with option to record comments with each reading. Very helpful to medical staff

very easy to setup with iPhone. just downloaded the application and it incorporated the data to my iPhone health app. The power on indicator is hard to know if is on or off. When storing is difficult to know if it powered off. overall is a good unit.

I love the concept of this product and it functions okay but not great. I'm a big guy with big arms. Most manual blood pressure cuffs have the ability to contour to my arm. Due to the electronics and their method of attachment and the closure method of the cuff (velcro), this product requires you to have a more uniform shape to your arm or position yourself such that you keep it straight and relaxed as possible which can be difficult when putting it on. I will continue to work with it and see the best way to utilize it.

Just what I was hoping to find, the Qardio automatically does 3 blood pressure and pulse readings with readout of average for more accuracy. It is light weight so easy to travel, and keeps history easily accessible or to be shared with health care providers in US and in Europe. All vital information available to those who wish to be self-informed.

I like this device for a lot of reasons. It is easy to use - instructions are simple and fitting it on the arm is, too. Integration with the iPhone app works perfectly. The app has useful features. In addition, it will export the readings into the Health app on my iPhone. I can, therefore, upload my readings to my doctor through the patient portal at his office. This is what I was looking for. As a physician myself I have taken blood pressures on patients countless times. I like this device, I trust it, and I would recommend it to others.
