I just setup a new IBUYPOWER SLATEMR213I. I bought this computer as a gift for my son because I wanted to give him a great gaming PC. I researched online and I couldn't find a better deal with high end specs. So far, I really love it. The tower has great design and as a bonus, it has light up keyboard and light up mouse. To my surprise, it is quiet! I don't have any complains about performance and design

It works great!! Just after a few years it started slowing down and crashing a little but I love that you can upgrade everything in it with any brand part! I love this pc!!

My first impression was that the box was beat up. Can't help that the carries or rough with the handling aspect. I've inspected the tower. All components were what they said they were in the description. I wish an m.2 was included in with that heafty price tag. In addition, I personally want this pc to last me for quite some time. I need something that is dependable, runs and multitask at a good performance level. So, I made some upgrades right out of the box. Removed the deep cool air coolant that came with it. Replaced it with an RGB Artic Freeze ii 360 aio water cooler. Also added another 16gb of ram making it 32gb ram. Computer performances and runs very quite inside the temper glass. Glad I was able to purchase this. As this is a good investment for my field.

Order online picked up in best buy next day. Great PC, you won't find similar prebuilt PC that can beat iBUYPOWER prices. I loved how they boxed PC, completely safe. PC is fast, it has more than enough video ports, and I been able to add very easy my old hdd to it.

Originally purchased an ibuypower prebuilt and the power source went bad after a month with a surge protector during a power outage. I went back and purchased this product and I LOVE it. It was shipped to Best Buy in less than 3 days. The instal was easy and it is great. Not only does it look amazing but it works so well and has amazing specs. Totally worth every penny ! The RGB looks great, the case is very nice, the 11th gen CPU is very fast and it compliments the GPU very well. For the GPU market and everything that comes with this PC at this price, this is a NO brainer buy!

My 10 year old son loves this computer. He can play any game without lag and loves the setup. I don’t know much about specs and all that but so far we haven’t had any issues with this computer.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son. We love how it looks with the tempered glass and mirror finish. It's fast and quiet.

Bough this PC at an excellent lease and can play videos games at max quality settings such as World of Warcraft without any frame rates dropping, super smooth. Highly recommend for new PC buyers

The gpu stopped working properly after the first week. At first I would get pink lines across the screen and the device would have a message "error code 43 device disabled because it has encountered problems." I would disable and reenable, or uninstall and reinstall and the problem would seem to go away for a while. Now the computer just crashes immediately after powering on.

Was very excited about first gaming pc. Got a brand new monitor to go with it and guess what it turns on and keeps saying to install windows. This build is supposed to come with windows preinstalled. We took it to Best Buy and they said the pc has a software issue and we either have them fix it (cost money) or have them replace it (free) so we said replace. It will take 10 days apparently for replacement to arrive kinda really upset about this /: maybe I’ll write a good review when I can actually use this pc…..

Was happy for the first week until i had psu issues. Then realized they put the cheapest 600w psu you can possibly put in a gaming computer. Now i have to spend a couple hundred more to upgrade that. Not happy and hopefully the power issue didn't hurt anything else inside. Other than that it has performed great.

So far everything is working great. I have a easy time starting it up. It looks amazing.

This pc was horrible. This brand seems to be littered with hardware issues. My second pc from iBUYPOWER and will not buy from them again. This pc had an issue with the RAM brand new out of the box. The pc also had improper graphics drivers installed.

Garbage, stopped working after 10 months, has power but wont start

This is a very very good pre built pc. I havnt found a game i couldnt run yet but the one ossue is the cooling system. It comes with just a fan but that is not wnough to run high games with out over heating the cpu. If yku get this just order a liquid cooler off amazon and youll be all good.

Bought this beast over a year ago and it has exceeded all my expectations. Any apprehension I had buying an ibuypower PC is gone. Heartily recommend them!

If you want an affordable pc to start out with this is the best choice. I was able to play really any game I wanted to and was well worth the price for a starter pc.
