Needed to finally replace two phone set it no longer held a charge, even with new batteries. This 3 phone set takes up less space and has the answer machine built-in. Main reason I selected this model is the answer machine buttons for playback and erase are separated with less chance to mistakenly erase messages vs play. Most other models use same big button with different side to push, big chance to mistakenly delete when you meant to press play. All 3 phones work great, I hear callers clearly. The answer machine messages when played are less crisp and clear than my old one, but not enough to complain about it. I am completely satisfied.

Phone works great. The plug in for a headset is a little cumbersome but works fine.

These phones work great. I had bought some At&t ones last year and they already broke. These panasonic ones definitely have a more reliable feel to the buttons etc. The phone will announce who is calling as well.

I got this set to replace a similar Panasonic set that had served us well although the contacts were wearing out. I find some of the changes to the screen menu a bit less intuitive than on the older phone, but that may be the effect of habit. The good points: sound quality; size of keys and ease of use; programmable features such as vocal caller ID; call blocking, unique rings; cell phone locater; ease of set-up; illuminated message count. I haven't tested the range, but our old Panasonic covered our half-acre lot.

I've always preferred the sound quality of Panasonic phones over some of the other companies we've tried in the past. So, when we had to replace our cordless phones a few years ago, we switched back to Panasonic and were pleasantly surprised they had moved away from the expensive batteries with their proprietary plugs to regular rechargeable AAA batteries (which are included). For those heavy phone users, I've replaced the included ones with longer lasting rechargeable AAA's which work just fine. When my Mother in law needed a new set of phones, we only considered Panasonic phones and got her this set based on the number of rooms in her home. At first she was skeptical, but after using them, she really loves them! The sound is nice and clear and the buttons are nice and large for older eyes. She doesn't like answering machines but we showed her how to turn it off, if that's what she wanted. Well done Panasonic and Best Buy!

This is my second generation of Panasonic cordless phones - and an excellent upgrade from years ago. When you have CALLER-ID, and a possible SPAM call comes in - you can ignore it, and see if a real person identifies h/her self and leaves a message you can return. If it is SPAM (www.800notes.com helps id some unknown calls) you can block that number from doing more than one ring. Great benefit! And - the 3 handsets do work throughout a 2 story house very clearly, powered by easily replaced AAA rechargeable batteries. But ... do DOWNLOAD the PDF manual from Panasonic. The basic functions are all obvious & intuitive, but this phone has many more hidden functions if you want them - and the searchable PDF Manual is helpful.

The Voice announcement of the caller's phone number is very useful to verify who is calling so you can pick up or not. Great sound quality. BIG clear buttons on the handset. Simple menu arrangement. Very intuitive. Highly recommended for any households who has a need for a landline telephone system.

This is the second phone set we purchased. The other set lasted 12 years. We are very happy with the Panasonic. The verbal announcement of incoming calls allows us to know if it is an important call. The voice mail system was plug and play. Easy to retrieve messages. Large display is easy to see in low light. The large numbers are great for those with vision issues.

I know that cell phones are becoming more popular as replacements for landlines. Perhaps that is the reason finding reasonably-priced expandable phone systems. I searched numerous sites for such a system. The few having what I wanted required way too much money-- except for Best Buy. When I ordered online, I was promised delivery of my phones in a few weeks. They arrived at my door in a few days. I could not be more pleased. The main phone and two expansion phones have worked very well over the two months I have had them. Following the booklet to set up the phones-especially to set up an outgoing message--is a bit tricky. The process is simple, but the booklet is poorly written. ( Who writes these things?). My advice would be to follow your instincts if the booklet seems confusing. I especially like the flashing light on each phone of the system to indicate missed messages, the ease of doing everything, including listening to answering machine messages from each expansion phone, and the audio caller I.d. announcement for those who have the service. Users know who is calling without leaving their chairs/walking away from tasks only to be interrupted by a nuisance call.

Works great, love the intercom system in it.. Gives the ability to see who is calling and to take phone to different room if needed. Lots of features on phone. it does more than I expected phone to do Love it. Made a good choice of product, after checking phones out at other stores

I only use the call blocker and not the other features because she has on her phone voice mail time stamp and etc. This phone has three ways of blocking scammer calls. 1. block single phone number 2. block entire area code 3. Block unknown/out of the area. You must have caller ID to use 1-3 You can also set the phone to ring once or not at all. The other phone we do hear one ring and then it hangs up and on this one we do not hear it ring. You cannot say for example block area 90 thinking it will go to 900,901,902 etc., you must enter 909. It's a pleasure to see the phone ring and then get blocked after one ring/or no ring. You can block 250 numbers or combinations thereof. and I definitely recommend this to get piece of mind from scammers.

Glad that I paid extra to get a very good phone and answer system. Messages can be retrieved from any handset, and there is an audible caller ID available on each handset. Easy to use phone with loads of extra features.

Works great and I love having 3 handsets. I have to spend hours on the phone for work and the batteries last a long time. The sound is really good and the features are easy to use.

I needed a new phone set because the previous ones woud die after about 30 minutes of talking. so i got this one with 3 hand sets just in case since i work at home and on the phone a lot. i have had no issues with the battery life so far after a month. i only need 1 handset, and i can leave it off the charger for extended amounts of time and it still maintains a good charge. clarity is good too and easy to use. overall it has worked out well and didn't break the bank.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Great reception and features. I especially like the talking caller ID and the call block feature is a big plus.

I purchased this phone to replace an older model Panasonic. This new phone is absolutely great. The feature that I love the most is the call blocking. Even though we are on the "no-call" list the number of unwanted calls keeps increasing. Used in conjunction with caller ID, unwanted calls are greatly minimized. All other features of this phone are also excellent.

We purchased these phones to replace our current cordless phones. Did not realize how bad our old phones were till we tried these. The phones have plenty of range. Never had any interference issues as of yet. It has large keys for dialing which are clearly visible. The handsets hold charge for a long time, i have never had one loose charge yet. Our kids never put them back on the base for charging. Overall a very good reliable phone.

Excellent range. The call block feature is great to keep those unwanted callers from calling you. Easy to use, set up, and very clear.

This cordless three phone system replaced a two-phone Panasonic system our family owned for years. So far, we are satisfied with its performance. We like the intercom feature and the talking caller ID. However, the talking caller ID sounds robotic, and some in our house find it annoying.

I chose the Panasonic phone because it was the only one I could find at a reasonable price and had "Block Caller" on it. With the interest in the presidential candidates being quite strong, I am getting lots of calls from area codes all over the U.S. and also solicitation calls. And, I can program the phone to not even ring when a blocked call comes in. By the way, it is a very easy to use phone, has an answering system, also. I Love, love, this phone!!!!
