I wouldn’t use these for music but for podcasts or watching a show, the sound is fine, better than a lot at this price. Unfortunately these headphones power grip your head. I found it impossible to keep them on for even one hour. I tried positioning and adjusting them several ways, no luck. It does not feel healthy the way these headphones squeeze you. If you’ve ever experienced pain from tensing your jaw or teeth grinding that is the closest comparable feeling. I’m a small boned woman with a narrow face, it wasn’t the sizing. I do not recommend these.

Super comfortable but my only complaint is that I can’t change songs from the headphones. Only volume and power.
