It’s ok. I don’t love it. It gets the job done. One thing I don’t like is that sometimes it keeps stopping. I’ve had it a week. I think I figured it out and that’s if you choose a cycle it’ll sense when your clothes are dry enough. My jeans were damp at the bottom ankle area. I wanted to dry them so I had to put it on timed dry to accomplish it. Also there’s a part of the vent inside that has silver pieces (pic attached) keeps snatching thread from my items and I can’t get the thread out. Other than that it’s a nice dryer. It has lots of features and cycles on it.

Not sure what to say about this -- it's a dryer, it dries well, and it holds a lot of clothes. We paired with the washer in this line and we're very happy with both. If I have one complaint, it's that the door takes a little more oomph to close than I'd like. The best feature is the wifi connectivity -- no more running up and down to the basement to check on the clothes, we get a notification on our phones when the laundry is dry, and reminders if we forget and leave the laundry in the dryer.

As they say, so far, so good. I've had the dryer now for a couple of months and all seems to be working well. An while it's most likely user error, I find that the auto sensing cycles don't always dry the clothes completely. Also, I find the door and lint tray don't seem to be as sturdy as some of the other dryers I have owned. Otherwise, it's quiet and easy to use.

Got this dryer about 2 years ago and it's one of the best purchases I've made - The steam de-wrinkle works perfectly as I usually leave my clothes in the dryer until I need them - A quick de-wrinkle and they are ready to wear as if i just ironed them (if I feel they need it). Large capacity allows me to dry bulky items and larger laundry loads quickly and easily as well. I installed this dryer myself and the only issue I had some trouble with was the strain relief for the power cord. However, I did get it installed correctly after my second attempt (stripped the screws on the first attempt)

Dries clothes quickly and does not leave a smell. My clothes are usually wrinkle and damp free

Let me start by saying that gas dryers are clearly superior, however this performs as well as can be expected for an electric unit. Wish it dried faster, but performs as expected.

This GE dryer is a very good looking unit and blends in beautifully with slate, black and stainless steel decor. Great as a basic dryer and has numerous settings including a steam cycle to eliminate wrinkles.

Great Dryer. A couple of the settings make for really long cycles. Just play around with your cycle needs and you will be happy with this product.

No complaints for this Electric Dryer. Large Capacity. Dries clothes quickly. I had planned to get the Gas Dryer, but it was not in stock. I don't miss the gas! I love the mobile phone app!

High heat setting is really hot so you know your clothes are dried fast when you need them in a hurry. The large metal clip in front of the lint screen collects threads and has even snagged delicate trim on a shirt. I’d recommend drying items with any trim inside a nylon laundry bag.

A good dryer I have no complaints. There is a cheaper model without steam that’s probably more cost effective.

I received my new washer about a week ago. I really do like the SmartDispense feature where you add up to 75 oz. of detergent and the washer automatically dispenses the correct amount for each load. And of course the ability to monitor the washer through wi-fi is an added bonus. My washer is upstairs and this allows me to monitor the status from downstairs so I don't have to keep running back and forth to see if it s finished. Overall great product!!!

The dryer works great and has the functionality that I like. The service from Best Buy in Simsbury is always excellent. The installation was professional and timely. All in all I was very happy with Best Buy and the product.

We bought this to accompany the matching washer. We didn't buy them at the same time, we bought the washer first, but then six months after buying the washer our old dryer died and we liked the washer so much we went with its mate despite the reviews here and at other sites which weren't too keen on it. Our experience hasn't been bad, per se. We haven't experienced clothes getting stuck on the moisture sensors as others both here and at other sites have mentioned. To be honest I don't even see how it could be possible for it to happen but maybe we have a redesigned sensor of some kind. As far as modes it has a bunch of them but unlike the washer where there are a lot of modes and each one is clearly defined, the dryer has a lot and I'm confused what the differences are. Different heat levels and dryness settings, sure, but I don't know how towels/sheets are different from bulky items? As with the washer the style isn't great with a two character segment LCD and membrane switches. The window is nice and I got to reverse the door so I can tell you it's more daunting than you think but it did go okay once I got into it (the trick not mentioned in the guide is that the door, once reassembled, will hang on its own allowing you to drive the screw in without a second person holding the door). My primary complaint with the dryer is with the unreliability of the estimated time to completion and the way the app conveys this. The app has no info except the amount of time left. That's fine but it's not how the dryer works. The dryer will go to about 15 minutes left then it will test the dryness. I know this because the display on the dryer will say "Sensing". The app, however, will say 0 minutes remaining. Why not say "Sensing"? Who knows. It takes FOREVER for it to sense and then it can be an hour or more left. I'd rather it be more accurate as time went on rather than less accurate. How about don't mention ANY estimate until it's gone for a while, done the sensing, and then knows? Then send an estimated time once it's more accurate? It really makes planning moving a lot of loads through more difficult than it should be. I guess I can't complain too much, it does its job and has all the features you could possibly want. I just wish the smart features were a bit smarter.

I just got this dryer and washed a quilt that normally takes a few cycles to dry. But after onky one cycle on bulky, it was completely dry!
