Love my new air condition keeps the area cool and comfortable I love the wifi use with the phone to control the function and cleaning the filter is easy

This AC works fast to cool down my living room. The cool factor is immediate and awesome. It loses a star because it is pretty loud, but then again I’ve never had a window unit that wasn’t. I don’t really use any of the “smart” functions so I can’t really speak to that, but I’m sure some people would like that as an added bonus.

I've gotten several compliments on the A/C--no messy buttons or ugly grate. The grate and filter are especially easy to clean, just pull off (no hinges to break. I used the remote control from my phone at first, and found the app easy to understand--but it seems to need updating with every software update, so I don't bother with it anymore.

A bit too noisy, but love the way it looks, cools the room in no time and the ability to turn it on before I get home via the app/WiFi is the real reason why you will want this a/c.

Cools our entire first floor (open concept) and very easy to use. I like the operation through Alexa and it has outperformed my other smart AC (GE Quirky).

As another reviewer had mentioned about the air blowing upwards I too was skeptical. I have to admit that this AC works quite well! This 12,000 BTU replaced a Haier 14000 BTU AC and it is smaller and lighter but I feel it's just as powerful if not more as it cools the same size room much faster and quieter. Really great purchase. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a rather large sized AC. Also the smart featureof this is super convenient. Ont thing I don't like is that you have to schedule the whole thing and if you decide to change the schedule you have to go and delete the whole schedule and redo it from the start. Frigidaire should update the app.

Love the WiFi connectivity allowing to control temps when not at home, cools large space easily, loud though.

This is the best Air Conditloner i ever own i like the app I can turn the air on when i leave work and the house is cool when i get home

Enjoying the design and how well it cools down my room. Yes, it is a bit loud but for the way it keeps the room very cold for a hot summer night, it's worth it. Plus, it tells you what the temperature is in the room. Have not used the app as of yet, but really do not need to at this point.

Fantastic AC that is great looking and does an exceptional job cooling. Love how I can turn it on 15 minutes before I get home from the app. Some may think It’s loud but that doesn’t bother me. I purchased two of these; an 8k and a 12k and I’m happy with both.

I got this air con unit on sale and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The auto function and app are very useful. It is not quiet but can be expected from this type of unit.

Very heavy unit. 2 of 3 came damaged during shipping but all is squared away and getting 2 reshipped. So far so good. Easy to set up with WiFi. Cools the room fast.

Item produces cold air as expected, albeit a bit noisy. I do like the cleanable magnetic removable filter. Packaging could be better to prevent shipping damage.

I bought this for my daughter's bedroom. She likes it because she can control it from her iPhone and Alexa. It was easy to install and has a sleek modern look.

Bought this for my attic apartment which spans around 500 sq ft. The unit works to cool the room during the night but it's too hot during the day and the until will stay on just to keep the room at 78 degrees. It's a cool feature to be able to control the unit from your phone but If I was to go back, I would either get a larger unit or skip on the wifi connectivity all together.

I was expecting much better performance. Over priced under performed. I purchased 2 of these both different sizes and neither will cool my bedroom or my living room. They shut down too quickly. Also the wifi service is only good for one. When I try to link the second one it removes the first.

Looks cute. Cools very well and is easy to use and turn on and off even if you are not home and want to use it for pets

Purchased this unit for an upstairs room that doesn’t quite get cool enough during the hot summer months. I really love the wifi feature as I can turn it on and cool the room before going to bed and leave it off when not in use. I also like the air circulation mode. Keeps the room fresh in my opinion. Occasionally the WiFi & app will have issues but not often. Pretty solid product highly recommend!

Very modern look , 12000 btu is powerful and quiet ! Clean lines ! And controls via app remotely ! Perfect AC !
