When we first had the microwave installed we were asked to heat up some water in a glass. It did so in 1 minute. This was refrigerator water which was cold! Just thought how great it worked. Not so fast! Upon trying to reheat a dinner covered with a paper towel we found there were scorch marks on top of the paper towel and the food was almost dry from the heat! It had almost recooked the meal instead of just heating it up. We tried to pop popcorn and it was burning with almost 30 seconds left! We tried a second batch this time stopping the microwave with 30 seconds left on the countdown. There were still burnt popcorn kernels with about 1/4 cup unopposed! The microwave was just way too hot!! When I called Frigidaire on this they said it had a bad magnetron from the factory. It needed a new one right from the start! Best Buy was great and handled everything for the exchange!

this is the coolest microwave. even my husband loves it. simple to use, love the inside, lights, everything about it. buy it, you wont be disappointed.

Looks great and works well. Bought mainly for the higher exhaust fan rating. Which is rare for any over the stove microwaves. We've had it for awhile and have zero complaints.

We bought a a display unit and saved a lot of money, MSRP was about $500 but we paid less than $200. The microwave is very powerful and is excellent quality. It can be vented outside or back into the kitchen. It can either be used as a straight microwave or convection oven and comes with a sensor,

I love this product. It's a must have product for every day use.

The only drawback on this product Is the very hard to open door.

Works great and was simple to install. Loooed at several models and several stores. Best Buy matched the prices and delivered faster.

Haven't installed it yet but will update as we get to use it. Looking forward to cooking with this appliance.

I see some of you had good luck with yours. Mine is under warranty and it's been repaired 3 times and for the most part has worked about 4 weeks of the past 7 months. Plus the handle broke off from normal usage. I was first told a circuit board, they fixed that and it lasted a week, then I was told the microwave unit and that didn't solve anything. Now I'm told the fan and each time it took 3 to 4 weeks to get parts and another 2 weeks to get service scheduled. I bought the entire kitchen of Frigidaire professional appliances and have had problems with dishwasher and refrigerator Ice maker too. It's your money but I will never buy or recommend Frigidaire for anything.
