The software asks for the basic information to complete a standard will and necessary documents, including: a living trust, durable power of attorney, final arrangements, and additional instructions for caregivers and survivors. It also allows you to complete a revocation of the documents, if you want to change things later on. Moreover, it allows you to create other documents that can be beneficial prior to death or incapacity, including some financial and home/property documents.

This product is easy to navigate at and reasonable in price. The hardest part is on yourself to have all of the proper information to complete your will properly. I would suggest it if you need to get a will done at your leasure or fast and save money at the same time. I think eventually it would be a good idea to have an attorney draft a will for you but this is a great start to secure your asset's for your family and not the government.....

You can make a simple will easily with this software. Depending on where you live, you may want to certify the will, and that can be somewhat problematic. While the will will be legal with just the originator and witnesses, it helps if you go the extra step and have an agent of the court (usually a lawyer) certify it as well. Problem is, at least in NYS, finding a notary or lawyer that will certify any will that they did not generate is almost impossible from my experience. The software isn't as flexible as what can be done by a lawyer, but if your will isn't complicated, it works easily.

It loaded very easy into the computer. That way even I was able to load it without difficulty. I have not yet used all of the programs that are included. The ones I have used came with a description and a explanation for it. Each chapter is very thorough and seems to cover any question that might come up. So hopefully all of your different situations will be covered.

Easy to use with very good explanations and reference material. What I don’t like is that there’s no way to modify documents outside of the regimented fill-ins. For example, I want to leave my dog to my sister unless but with a caveat that if she can’t take care of her, I want my dig to go somewhere else. There’s no way to do this with the fill-ins. The program leaves the animal to the person specified unless that person is deceased. So there’s no way to indicate, “only is able” because if you write that in the finished product doesn’t make sense. Another example, if you are forgiving a debt you MUST enter date of the debt and how much is owed. I wanted to just forgive the debt but the program won’t let you do this. Willmaker 2019 is a good program for basic wills without any changes to the standard text.

This product is easy to use as usual. Pretty Comprehensive. I have faith in it based on past use.

I purchased this because of the previous reviews I read. I needed something simple without paying a lot. The software walks you through each step and provides guidance and explanations along the way. It was very intuitive and definitely worth it. I got the paperwork I needed, while saving money.

Purchased the program due to my will is simple and can use such a program. If you have complicated finances go to a lawyer, and you will still need someone to notarize the will once completed. But for me it cost 50 instead of 500 for a lawyer.

Haven't finished but seems easy to use and offers several forms

I found that I can create very important documents that’s One will need in due time. Space and the fact that they inform you the purpose of each document it’s also very informative

It's never a happy time to be planning your Will or Living Trust, but it's something that needs to be done. And with the Quicken WillMaker Plus 2019 it's as easy as 1-2-3. The software is very user friendly and gives you very specific directions and instructions on how to use it. I had all my documents entered and printed out in about half an hour!!

Am still beginning to input info and evaluate what should happen upon my passing. Quicken seems to have anticipated many of my questions and provides for more than just basic will documents.

Everyone needs a Will but many cannot afford to hire a lawyer to create one. My needs were simple with leaving everything to my wife. Best Buy has a really good price on this software. I also trust Intuit for my Quicken and Turbo Tax. It is very easy to use.

I purchase it to do my state planning. Easy to use and create my state planning. I would ask people to buy and save some money. Great product.

The Wuicken WillMaker Plus 2019 was actually quite easy to use. You fill in the data poured and it converts to readable paragraphs. I have not use the co-sign feature to ensure it will be considered a legal document.

This is a good place to start planning. User friendly walk through. Not a completely legal binding document, but a cheap, easy way to start at home.
