This is one of the best purchases I have ever made in my life. This waffle maker really is the best quality I’ve ever seen I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews which led me to purchase this one in particular. I’m very glad that I did. It heats up perfectly fine I leave it in a little longer if I want it to be a little more crispy. I like the changeable plates so that I can make whichever style of waffle I like. Very easy to pop back out and clean when needed. It’s also a space saver and easy to store in my cabinet. I highly recommend this waffle maker if you are looking

Great waffle maker! You can choose the darkness of your waffle and can choose between classic or Belgian thickness.

The waffles came out limp, pale and not crispy in the maximum (5) setting. Tried to return the unit at Best Buy after 22 days and they refused the return because it had gone beyond the 15 day return policy. A ridiculous policy if you ask me specially when waffles are usually made on weekends so you have two chances to try the unit before the 15 days are up. Fortunately, Cuisinart honored the warranty and they'll be sending a new unit, which I hope works better. No thanks to Best Buy who were totally useless.

This Belgian waffle maker was the perfect gift for my “soon to be chef” son. It’s the perfect size, price and easy to make recipe’s included. I’m considering purchasing one for myself because he’s constantly using his
