I had this item for two weeks submitting this review. Great design and functional, grind my coffee beans to my satisfaction. You can store beans on top with a great seal. After finishing a bag of coffee beans and ready to refill, Motor is running but not grinding the coffee beans. Very disappointed with my purchase. Called Best Buy customer support to report that my Cuisinart Burr Coffee grinder is not functional after two weeks, They offered to exchange or return the product. I offered to purchase a different brand with better reviews. Lesson learned to get feedback from users before purchasing a product.

This product has been great for me. I use it for regular drip coffee (Setting 10 or 11) and have used the other settings for cold brew (setting 17 or 18). The grinds come out well every time so in that sense it’s great so far. Sometimes grounds do get stuck because of the design but give it a little shake and they’ll come out. A bit of an inconvenience but not enough for me to have returned this. The only settings I haven’t used are the settings for fine grinds since I do not drink espresso drinks so I cannot speak on that. I bought it when it was the deal of the day so that did push me to consider this grinder.

This grinder looks great, but gets clogged and I cannot figure out how to clear the clog. I paid a lot of money for this item and it doesn't work.

Great while it worked… had some issues with it jamming when I would do a large batch of beans.

I’m glad I upgraded to this one because it is consistent. My previous one was loud.

Used for two weeks, then it clogged up completely. I disassembled it (so I likely can't return it now) and discovered that the chute that carries the grounds from the grinder to the hopper was packed tight and solid with coffee. Furthermore, the chute is perfectly horizontal, so it relies on fresh grounds shoving the older grounds along the horizontal surface, then they make a hard right turn into the hopper. No, this doesn't make sense to me either. I got it completely clean and re-assembled, worked perfectly...for one week. Fortunately, I now know where to run a pipe cleaner to unjam it, but every time I do so, I'll be remembering what a rip-off this thing is, and reminding myself not to buy Cuisinart again. On the plus side, it grinds fairly quietly, on the rare occasions when it grinds. Do not buy.
