Horrible Horrible Product and company as they have the worst Customer Service!!! I bought this product few days ago and there was no instruction to show you how to put the Activation code on the software that you installed and activate the account!!!! I'm the IT guy and installing the software and activating the product must be much easier than this that I'm experiencing!!! I couldn't activate the software for 2 days and I called 4 times, each time I was on hold at least for 20-40 minutes and the phone ended up being disconnected or I had to go and gave up myself!!!! Last time I was connected to customer service and even they had problems to activate my account and it took another 30 minutes for them to escalate the call to activation department to help me and activate my account!!!! Still no luck, they even couldn't activate my account and now I have to return this product. This was one of my worst experience to try a new software as I had to wait and wait for so long to just activate the product that I just bought and needed it to work right away after purchase. I can't say how frustrated I am now, this will be a nightmare If I have to wait for long every time that I need anything or have problems by calling quickbooks support. I'd never recommend to anybody to buy this product or any other product from Intuit company.

I got it installed in my iPad. Very easy to connect it to my bank account but now I have to input all my info. Having a little trouble getting it together. Just need to put the effort in.

on the best buy website doesn't mention the version. After I got it, found it's quickbook essentials. And can't upgrade to the plus version.

Got this at a great price here at Best Buy during seasonal events like Black Friday.

There is a bit of a learning curve but this is a great accounting software.

This product is very helpful with keeping my business book work in order.

We were told this program could handle multiple businesses, and it is a license for only one. The associate assured us it was for multiple businesses, and since it was for only one, if you wanted to add more, you had to pay the full price again for another license. If you need a program for a single business, this one could be used for that.

The product itself is ok. Would suggest buying directly from quick books online.

I upgraded my QuickBooks 11 to QuickBooks online when I upgraded my computer. I like the fact that it is easily accessible to my computer, phone and I pad.
