I live in an area that doesn’t have very many phone towers or cellular towers, so I was advised to buy a modem for my home and it had to be a wireless modem so I bought AT&T netgear nighthawk M6 Pro. So I did and for the first year it worked fairly well. I had my security system hooked up to it. That was the main reason that I bought it because I couldn’t have a security system without Internet. But a year and a half into my purchase my rechargeable battery inside the unit started puffing up and exploded, so I took it to my closest Best Buy, which for me was 60 miles away. I went in and come to find out that my warranty had just went out when the thing blew up. I still had to pay it out, but Best Buy offered to dispose of it for me. So I was not very happy because I’m still paying on a modem that I don’t have anymore. It seems very wasteful that I had to spend that much money on just a year of service before it got destroyed. So I extremely recommend that you don’t buy AT&T products from anybody except from AT&T, but they told me the same thing they said they could dispose of it for me, but they couldn’t do anything to replace it or fix it. They said probably getting a new battery put in it would not work but I could try it and see in the battery was very expensive so I just decided to go with something else.

I think with this service it should be called “BEST BUY BEST WAY”. Great team with techinical knowledge. Just bought appliances this year. Team visited our house and looked into out kitchen. Based on the size of kitchen recomened and helped us to picj best option from Multiple options.

After a couple years of shopping mostly electronics and video games, the Total Rewards membership has been worth it. I've redeemed reward certificates a few times and the process is easy. I just wish they came a little more often. The random member deals and discounts are a genuine highlight. They're unpredictable, but when one lines up with something you already wanted, it feels like a real bonus if you ask me. The two-year warranty on eligible items is also a big plus especially for expensive electronics, that peace of mind alone carries value. Overall, it's a solid program that rewards regular shoppers in meaningful ways. One improvement I'd love is a more generous certificate earning rate, but aside from that, it consistently delivers value.

This product has been great for me, I buy a high number of electronics and gadgets being able to wrap multiple protection plans together has saved me money. I find good value in this package, but you do have to consider the fit for you. Bestbuy has taken care of replacements for multiple gaming items for me such as controllers and a mouse this is something to consider if you have kids as controllers can have issues and 50-60controller replacements can add up quickly.

I’ve gotten 3 computers here in the past 10 years and having the membership has been a game changer. Whether it’s upgrading or fixing parts, return times are fast and the quality is amazing. I once turned my computer in to get fixed and they returned my computer clean of all the years of dust. The price for the membership is well worth it. Not just for the computers but the extra care and extras that are stacked on to it make it a deal. I can’t stress it enough how great this membership is.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a washer and dryer because my old one had it days of using The associate Sean, the appliance center was awesome. Helping me find the right product for my needs delivery and taking my old one away. Awesome 2 person delivery who installed and removed fast and efficient with no problems I would definitely recommend Best Buy sells associates and delivery personnel. Thank you for all your help

I bought a Toshiba 43inch Smart Tv did thru the app very easy not the 1st time I used the app for a purchase. The TV is fabulous bright colors & easy set up took about 20minutes has everything you would want from a smart TV. Highly recommend Toshiba product TV’s also from time of purchase to pick up maybe 1 1/2hr. Thank you Beat Buy for another user friendly experience.

Just about everywhere we shop these days we are offered or asked to purchase some type of membership plan. We are inundated with email offers, offers via text. Then you look at the specifics of these memberships only to find that they offer things you used to get free of charge. Best Buys membership was/is the exception. The Best Buy membership truly goes above & beyond what we are used to getting offered with other retailers. I'm not one bit surprised though. Best Buy has always given above & beyond expected customer service. That is only 1 of the many reasons I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for well over 20 years & will continue to be for years to come.

There have been times when having my Best Buy Total Tech membership proved useful, especially since I don't have to worry about my 14-day return period. Sometimes something might go wrong with your item and it won’t work, but there’s no need to feel sad. Having the membership comes in handy because you can get an exchange or replacement if Geek Squad can’t fix it. They will give you a full refund in a gift card, or if it’s within the return window, you'll get a full refund. Whatever you paid is returned to you, and with Total Tech, you have 3 months to return or exchange your item.

The geek squad support has been excellent to work with. You hope you never need to use them but when you do they have came through every time. We purchased a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator a year ago, first one came with bad hardware, then the replacement died about a week before the warranty ran out and all the food was spoiled. Geek squad was able to get Samsung out to repair the refrigerator for us!

We’ve had Best Buy’s Total Tech for a couple of years now, and we absolutely love it. We buy warranties on just about everything, so having this membership has really been worth it for us. It gives us extra peace of mind knowing our purchases are protected, and the benefits have been very useful. We’ve actually had to use the warranty a couple of times on a few items, and the process went smoothly. That alone made us feel like the membership paid off. If you shop at Best Buy regularly and like having protection on your purchases, Total Tech is definitely something I’d recommend.
