This has been decently helpful in reducing pet dander as I live with roomates and we have a total of 4 cats. However, I only have ran this maybe 5 times even though I've had this for 4 months. Cons: 1. it takes 2 hours or longer. It goes back to charging for a few hours, then goes back to cleaning. For a 2 bedroom apartment (even though it only has to clean one room, and the common areas as my roomate likes to clean her own room). 2. I also have to make sure it doesn't suck up the cords even after moving them out the way. Somehow they always get tangled everwhere no matter how big or small the cords are. 3. It constantly dies in the middle of cleaning, so when I come home I have to put it back on the charger. Pros: 1. it has no problem going over a rug or something that is slightly elevated, however, this can also be a Con. 2. The app is pretty easy to use if you decide to use it while you're away from home. I have honestly been considering selling it since it mainly sits charging in the living room and is a pain to run. Additionally, even after buying extra parts and frequently changing parts out, somehow it misses many spots and then I still have to go back and sweep anyways. Overall, I would defintely spend more on another one if it proved to be more efficent, faster cleaning and longer battery. This one works on a budget I guess.

It seems to miss a lot of spots. I'm glad the charge lasts for a while though. But when I see the work it does I'd rather just pick up the vacuum myself and do it manually

Trying to return this item & this is a difficult situation!! Purchased on Best Buy Marketplace -Best Buy doesn't back up what they advertise on marketplace which I have learned the hard way So buyer beware. Have never opened box of robot sweeper as it is for hardwood or tile floors. I have carpet. My husband (85) 100% totally disabled husband purchased for Christmas to help make my house work easier. Returning is a nightmare!! I went to BB -the said no call company. -Anker Direct only have AI responses & hung up on me. Very DISAPPOINTED BEST BUY doesn't stand behind what they advertise through their marketplace. I need upper management assistance PLEASE
