I had exchanged the E6 for G6 as I was told by the LG rep. that the motion processing was processing better on the G6. I found that to be not true and also not much of a difference in PQ. HDR is tad better on the G6. OLED by itself has the best PQ money can buy. 3D is simply awesome ( better than at the movies)

The LG g65p is a fantastic home theatre device. Th upscaler on non 4k does a great job of improving standard hd. The color is the most vivid of any tv I've seen. Black levels are comparable to my old Pioneer Elite plasma. The new doby features and the HDR make for a fantastic picture. The passive 3d is very good. The only down side is this is a very expensive tv. I would highly recommend LG OLED with HDR and Dolby Atmos. I believe you can get another LG model with these features for about $3,000 which is about half the cost of my model. If you can afford it I recommend it.

Get your popcorn ready; because, you just bought yourself a real home theater television. This TV is magical, as it seems like I am looking through a clear window that has real people on the other side. Everyone looks real; because, you can see every wrinkle, hair, drop of sweat, person in the background in clear/full view, and so much more. The black on this TV is PURE black. You know how black is black, as on other TV's black when off is pretty much pure black; however, when other TV's when on black has that turned on lighter black that tells me that this is a TV and closer to being a fake view of life. However; this LG 4K smart TV is PURE black when off and PURE black in the areas that are supposed to be black when the TV is on even. Like I said, this TV is magic. Then, the sound bar is wrapped around the base of the TV, and it is awesome. I don't have to max out the volume on the TV when I watch 4K/Blu-ray/DVD movies. So, there is a heck of a lot less need for a home theater sound speaker setup, unless you would like the surround sound realism that is. Also; this TV sells for $7,999.98 now; however, I bought mine for $5,999.98 during one of the Best Buy sales. So; wait if you can, for those sales that happen often enough.

Purchased this TV as a clearance item in the store. The color reproduction and picture on this TV can not be matched. I also game on this TV and am happy with the refresh rates. LG issued a firmware update that reduces the input lag to 30ms on 4k upscaled content. The mount on the TV is a little strange. It has to fold back and use brackets to mount to the wall, but uses a standard VESA mount.

The new LG OLED65G6P is an outstanding HD TV. The picture is very bright and vivid. The sound is great also with the new sound bar which is good because the sound bar can not be removed. We did see some motion artifacts, but they disappeared when the energy saving program was turned off. Includes a small and large remote and they both work well. 3-D is the best I have ever seen and I am watching all my old 3-D movies over again. You must see this TV in person to believe it.

This TV certainly looked great in the store with the glorious 4K feed, flawless really. But after watching at home with standard HD viewing, picture can be underwhelming at best. In fact, some channels looked better on our 8 year old Samsung LCD!! One feature that is truly incredible is the 3D Blu rays, best ever seen. The Webos system to navigate is very intuitive and worthwhile and sound bar is nice too. Overall good set, but this new tech is still way overpriced. And having been out only since 2013, longevity is a BIG question mark.

I went back and forth over this tv. Looked everywhere and anywhere to hit the quality. I really wanted the 77 inch but it was out of my price range by $15,000. If your want the best picture and overall exceptional tv go with the OLED. I wish the 77 inch was cheaper only regret.

Before buying this TV I bought Samsung SUHD 78 inch. I thought it would be great TV but to my disaapointment there was a lot of glare, and night scenes were not good at all., then I heard about this new TV coming out and I just saw the demo TV and I bought this TV and this TV is so wonderful. Night scenes are so black and colors are so vibrant. You wouldn't be disappointed if you buy this TV. Every penny spent on this thing is worth it.

Super picture! I love the picture quality and the convenience of one remote for the whole complicated system!

I bought this TV after having returned the E6. My main issues with the E6 was its motion processing. I spoke with the LG rep at BB and asked if the G6 was any better regarding this. Was told yes and also about it being brighter than the E6. The only difference I noted from the E6 was that the HDR looking a tad better on the G6. Than and the sound ( obviously). I did not think the G6 was worth the price difference ( compared to E6). Also the haloing is worse on the G6 I have. Prefer the E6 over this

I sincerely waited to get this TV when it was lower than $8K. When I did I didn’t think a TV of such high caliber would have so many problems. This TV is not capable of displaying Dolby Vision at 60 Hz. When you see ANYTHING at Dolby Vision there’s a dead pixel at the bottom-right corner! After 2 months I have to set the TV on a Pixel-refresh mode because I have 2 or 3 of them displayed. This takes an hour. Just wait until 4K is more mainstream. Don’t buy the gimmick marketing TVs that are so new that you’re going to regret later.

This is the best TV on the market without a doubt. The picture is stunning and very liflike. Watching movies is sick and just watching Directv is incredible. It will give you the 3D look and the clarity is unbelievable. The colors and the black levels are second to none. I know itis a little pricey but truly the best you can get.

TV is simply amazing to watch. Tough to hang on a wall - so do your homework before buying if you're going to mount on a wall. Mine was the first these guys had ever tried to wall mount and we wound up having to buy an LG wall mount kit on Amazon.

I have been following the OLED technology for many years. When LG started to deliver them they were very expensive, not that their cheap now. I kept putting off buying one because my current TV would not die. I decide not to wait any longer and bought this TV. The picture is the best I have ever seen. In the dark areas, the detail is amazing. What use to be just black now shows things that I never knew were there. OLED is the technology of today and the future. I'm sure glad I bought this and hope I feel the same in the future. By the way, the Geek Squad did an outstanding job of explaining the functionality of the TV. Kudos to them.

Besides the picture detail, which is what I bought it for, I am impressed with how fast it connects to the internet compared to my 6 year old previous TV. Plus, I like that I can go to any internet site compared to just the "preprogrammed" choices I used to have.

Spectacular picture and good (not great) sound. The WebOS 3.0 operating system that I have seen panned sometimes is really quite good; I like it much more than the Samsung OS I have used in the past. The 4k programs on Netflix and Amazon Prime look fantastic.

I read every review I could find and the only con I could find was price. That being said the cost is the ONLY concern when purchasing this amazing television! If you can afford it by any means possible you will NOT be disappointed!

This is the BEST picture on a TV I have ever had the pleasure of watching. The crew from Best Buy were on time professional & took time to explain to me how to do everything & gave me there phone number just incase I had any problems.

Excellent TV...picture is perfect; sound could be better so adding a quality sound bar is recommended. Set-up for the non-techy is complex so I recommend the Greek Squad for the heavy lifting. Love, love, love this TV.
