Excellent grill. Cooks evenly. Feels well built. I use it once a week and have not had any issues. It’s a great compliment to my charcoal grill. Very pleased with my purchase. I was able to get it on the daily deals so the lower price made it well worth it. On pas or even better than my old Weber gas grill.

Do not buy this unassembled. The Bilt app states this should take one hour to assemble. I am well past that and not even a third through assembly. The instructions are pictures only and the app isnt much better. There also appears to be missing parts, but I am not even sure of that since the instructions cover two different versions of the grill (one with side burner, one without). The app is wildly disappointing as the color of ever part is black so when trying to see how things setup, you cant tell what the steps. Disappointed.

I’ve owned at least a dozen grills in my lifetime from Weber to Traeger and several in between. Some good, some bad. Some gas, some electric, some charcoal. This Napoleon grill is hands down the best of the lot. Yeah it’s a bit harder to assemble and the instructions aren’t the greatest but once you get it together and start cooking on it, nothing else compares. Let’s start with the unique wavy grill pattern. At first, I wasn’t sure I would get the grill marks I like or an even sear. It proved me wrong. Next being a Gas grill I wasn’t sure about temperature regulation or flare ups but the thermometer at the front is easy to read and accurate within 5 degrees while holding the temp exactly where you want it, no matter how long the grill is on for. Third it is surprisingly easy to clean with a basic barbecue grill brush and spray bottle. The surface coating on the grill is second to none when it comes to maintaining its integrity even with the stiffest wire brush. Not to mention the exterior coating has stood up perfectly to a full year of use and weather exposure and doesn’t look over a day old. Now let’s talk about the food quality that you can expect. I’ve never had a bad piece of meat or veggie come off of this beast unless I totally forgot about it. I’ve grilled everything from a 12 hour pork butt at 250° to a perfectly seared steak at 400°. Hotdogs and burgers? You’re not gonna get a better cook on those either. In a nutshell, this grill is worth every penny and then some. Do yourself a favor and invest a little bit extra in Napoleon. I would have saved thousands of dollars on grill purchases over the years if I had bought one of these sooner. I will never buy anything other than Napoleon again, but judging how well it has held up so far, I probably won’t have to buy anything again for a long, long time.

I recently purchased the Napoleon Freestyle 425 BBQ grill to replace our very old one. I had Best Buy deliver & assemble the Grill. The quality appears to be excellent as does the design and functionality. It works very well and I am pleased with the purchase. Also it came with a very nice cover that secures down around the bottom of the BBQ.

This is my first time purchasing a Napoleon product and I am very satisfied with the result! The grill is very efficient and heats up extremely quickly! Having cast iron grates is a new experience for me, but so far they’ve been great!

Great looking grill. Came with assembly which is a major plus for me as I never what that task again. Only used it once so far, but it worked well then. Can’t wait for a larger gathering to put it to the test.

awesome grill--you get what you pay for! Had a Brinksman that was 8 years old and was unsure if I should spend this kind of money especially when I could've bought a cheap grill for 300.00 So worth it and good investment.

So very disappointed. We've spent so much money recently at Best Buy. This grill was delivered in poor shape but we were told everything was fine. Well, its damaged. Lets see what can be done to make this right.

The product seemed decent but I never got to use it. While building it I realized I was missing a part, after ordering the part I waited over ten days and after not getting it I went to the store to buy the part. When it was finished I started it but the side burner was not getting any gas and wouldn't light and then the jet lighter for the ignition just kept going on by itself. I spoke with customer service and they promised to send all new parts for the manifold and side burner. I waited ten days only to find out after I called them that the parts were on backorder for another three weeks. I returned it for a full refund from Best Buy

Solid unit. Grills well. Seems built to last. Hopefully i never need another one!
