We purchased a Napoleon Nexus 72 Patioflame Table, and in the Specifications stated it included a Cover for longer durability. I tried contacting Napoleon via email regarding the missing item before the return date expired, and they reached out a day after the date, stating to contact Best Buy to resolve this issue. They’ll be able to assist us with sending the missing cover to our address for the missing item. I tried contacting Best Buy via Support and was not successful, or via Chat. I could not get a hold of a live representative. The other issue is that the Ignition does not work.
