Un Canto por México, Vol. 2 is Natalia Lafourcade's second album destined to the reconstruction of the Centro de Docementación del Son Jarocho. A cultural building that was damaged after the 2017 Puebla earthquake. The album features unique new interpretations of her earlier songs, as well as collaborations with artists such as Caetano Veloso and Silvana Estrada. For her sixth album, Natalia Lafourcade delved deeper into the history and culture of her Latin American roots.
