The scanner has a tendency to skew a long receipt so you have to guide it through. The scanner has good resolution, but the software is very slow and many times I will have 5 or more receipts scanned and queued for processing. The software provides minimum reporting capabilities and there seems to be no way to design your own reports without exporting data to excel of some other product. I have not been able to find a way to reconcile receipts to credit card or bank statements. I do not need or want the cloud service. I had to call customer service for a link to download a desktop version that would allow me to turn of syncing to the cloud. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Thus far this is a good product and we are happy about not having to save a lot of paper receipts. Over all we like the scanner and the software's ability to bring out faded characters and reduce wrinkles.

I bought this scanner upon the recommendation from a Best Buy Associate. I use for documents versus receipts. Positives are the size (very portable) and speed (fast). Negatives are the size of the scanned files (very large) and that the scanned images all have a grayish background.

Easy to set up, works well with windows 10. I like the small footprint, easy to store when not in use. Definitely worth a look.

I needed something quick and lightweight that I could use to scan and the neat Scanner fit that requirement. This prevents me having to go to the printer/scanner/fax every time I just needed a quick scan. I am sure there would be a good use for the enclosed software, but I have not had the opportunity to explore the features.

Using to keep track of purchases for our new business expenses for the end of the year so we don't forget any possible tax benefits. We are also using for our personal expenses and credits for the future years. Easy to use and transfer onto our spread sheet. Will be adding it to outside sales and future business ventures.

This is the 2nd one I've had!!! I use it for travel, expense reports, time sheets, etc. Small, compact!! Works great!!! travels in my backpack, is NOT TSA proof or "me" proof!!! That's why this is my 2nd one!!! Be careful with it!!!

My husband and I have our own remodeling business and when tax time comes around I have to pull out all the receipts and calculator and add them up several times to make sure there are no mistakes. With the neat scanner I just have to check it once when scanned and done! It makes my life and tax time a whole lot simpler. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it does make some errors at times that I have to manually change. Make sure to check all areas after scanning in your receipt to make sure it is correct. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied and feel I have gotten my moneys worth several times over.

This product process to slow. I only bought it because my boss insisted I get one.....It saves him about 30 seconds time to review my expense report but cost me about 20 minutes longer to do them...This is to hard to learn the software and you are given zero ways to find help.. I hate it

Scanner does what it suppose to. Very lightweight and portable.

Great device for organizing all of the paperwork one accumulates on a daily basis. I use it for my business and personal receipts, documents, bills, etc. Would get 5 stars but the search parameters are a little limited still. It does auto fill and let you assign a lot of values to save time if you export data but not all fields are searchable yet. I'm sure that will come though Great that you can access your library anywhere because your account is cloud-based. I even use camera on my phone to upload documents too.

It's a little challenging to get set up and understand the software but in the end it's a good product

I really like how easy this scanner is to use. Its nice that it doesn't take up much space. I would recommend this to anyone.

I returned it because I can only access the software if I'm connected to the Internet to access the cloud. I wanted to be able to access it at any time anywhere.

very good scanner for a small business. This scanner is excellent for keeping track of your receipts.

I bought this scanner for work. Its a little slow but works good. I think it would be a better home scanner not really a work scanner.

looks like this is going to be a fantastic tool for keeping track of my spending and saving not completely installed yet

Bought as gift for my grandson in college to keep track of his expenses. He likes it. Helps him stick to his budget.

So much easier thenthe old bulky scanners , downfall it takes quige some time
