For now it's great I'm the weak link but I'll keep moving forward .P.S I chose not to be on the cloud that was the problem i had with the set up. Scanner is small and efficient. Neat software makes it very easy to use.

The scanner works fairly well. It's small and light weight. The program automatically processes the receipt and extracts the vendor and price information, then saves it in a database. My only issue is that the crop function should allow you to zoom in and expand the image size. Too many receipts have unnecessary garbage at the end that I see no need to keep. The crop windows is too small to read the receipt.

The unit was not what I expected it to be. Did not realize a subscription was required to use the unit.

Refurbished products work just as well as new, but save so much money!

I was nene informed by best buy of their Teton policy and neither the company or best buy did anything to assist me when requesting a refund within 20 days of my purchase

I bought this to upgrade to my 10 year old scanner. It never worked, even after a couple of hours online with support, switching versions of downloaded software. What's worse, my old scanner doesn't work now either.

The scanner works fine as far as scanning goes, but if you are a Mac OS user, forget about the software. They offer the bare minimum of support for Mac. For instance, they will confirm to you that the hardware buttons on the scanner are not supported under the Mac OS, and that the software that is supposed to allow you to save your scans to your computer is no longer supported. They are trying to push you to their online software, which of course charges a monthly fee. So if you are a Mac user, plan on using your native Mac scanner program, and establishing your own workflow, and file structure.

The software constantly gave me errors every time I tried to use it. (Using a Macbook Air.) Tech support is only available M-F 9-6 EST??? Had to take 2 hours out of my work day to watch someone remote into my computer. After watching him for an hour without getting anywhere, I finally gave up and went back to work. Will be returning the product.
