Great slicing machine
I have only sliced a roast so far. It did a fantastic job. The angle is a great feature. Keeps meat from piling up. Nice size blade. Easy to clean.

slicer is great for home use
Larger blade makes it easier to cut larger roast. Easy cleaning with removable food tray.
