I ran cat6 Ethernet through the attic to the living room where my home theater setup resides. I connected my Apple TV 4K, Lg 65C9OLED, Oppo UDP-203, and Marantz NR1710 Receiver. The thing is there are a lot of Ethernet switchers out there and this one for the price is worth every dollar. It’s simple to set up, just plug and play, and provides a solid network hard lined into your system. For the price I find it hard to believe other brands charge up to 10 times more for this same solution. Sure, you could go wireless, but I prefer to save a few hundred dollars. Great product, I highly recommend this option.

After a power surge fried my router i decided to add in a switch before the router so my computer would be hardwired. The Netgear unmanaged switch works perfect for my application, No more lagging. super fast. great quality as to be expected from netgear.

I ran out of Ethernet ports on my router and needed a simple solution to get more devices wired up. This NETGEAR switch was perfect. The setup was nonexistent—I literally just plugged in the power, connected the cable from my router, and then connected my devices. Everything worked instantly at full speed. It's compact, silent, and does exactly what it's supposed to do without any fuss. For the price, this is an unbeatable value for expanding a home network.

I got this due to the wifi being extremely bad in my house unless next to the modem/router and did not feel like running multiple 75' cat6 cables to basement this is hooked up to a ps3, ps4pro, xbx1s, & 4k smart; all of which show over a 100mps (i know this varies but is closer to speed im paying for rather than 30mps wifi and lost connections) download and only time i loose connection is when internet and cable is truly out

This is a nice compact switch. It weighs .25lbs and I was able to mount it using a Command picture strip. No need for mounting screws. I've been able to get the 1G advertised. I got it on sale for $25.

I have a BluRay DVD player and a new Onkyo receiver. This piece of equipment allows me to connect both devices to my one Ethernet port in my electronics cabinet. It works and the price was reasonable, Therefore I am pleased.

It's a little different from the manual. As it does have the button. But, its easy to setup. And works great.

I needed an extender. I bought this & it works perfectly with my Netgear Nighthawk. Everything is working in perfect unison. No complaints here. It is located in the basement.

I needed a hub to connect TVs and cable boxes and blu ray players to the internet. I have 5 of these in different rooms in my house. They allow me to hardwire into my network and only pull one cable from my router to each room. They work fine.

I found that I needed some extra ports and selected this Netgear unmanaged switch. All I had to do was plug it into a port on my router and it was working. No fussing around.

Great switch exactly what I needed to extend my Network. And has a nicer home look than other switches that look like they belong in a data cabinet. Also it was very affordable.

Just installed smart switches to control the lighting with Alexa and needed the switch to add the repeater unit. It is compact and works great.

Needed a gigabit switch to connect together the ethernet wall jacks in each room of a new house to our modem. No fancy or extra features, just does what it needs to do - connect all devices to the internet using a cable and no wireless. There are slightly smaller 5-port switches but it still fit in the cabinet where all the household cables end.
