A: No. It has a PoE PD port on port 1. PoE PD allows the unit to be powered by PoE but puts out no power to devices. GS110TP supports 802.3 af 15.4 W, the GS510TP supports 802.3 at 30W.

A: I am unable to give you any technical information obout thiis unit. This was a replacement for a similar unit that started to malfunction and my IT manager suggested I purchase this unit to fix the problem. It did! Sorry I can't be of any help...

Very good little switch
Bought this switch to do some testing and setup of other networking equipment. Supports VLANs and some other features that helped me with testing. It would be nice if they made the PoE port PoE+ but I knew that going in so if that was a major factor I would have got something different. Over all great for a few devices or to utilize a single run for a few devices on a small network.

Great sized switch for home wiring closet
This Netgear switch is the second one I have bought. The first one I have in my first house has worked for over 5 years enclosed in a wiring closet with no problems. This one is just as good in build quality with a metal housing compared to other brands with molded plastic housings. Only issue is the power plug orientation make is difficult to plug the electrical plug in the outlet in a residential wiring closet. Had to run the power cord outside of the wiring closet to a normal wall outlet.

Great Item
My old one wore out and all I had to do was unplug the old one and plugin the new one and connect all the devices I had and bam it all worked! I did not have to run software or be some kind of computer expert. It is a very good item for a very good price. It works awesome.
