Great service performed by the Geek Squad technicians. Very efficient and knowledgeable with what they do. It was a more involved installation as they had to hang my TV on large format tile squares.

I am really glad that I got the Geek Squad for the installation of my complete 65” Sony TV, wall mount, power and cord wall hideaway and new 12 ‘ HDMI cord. They were on time, very clean and diligent in care and safety of home. They also rehooked up my Reciever, DVD players, Apple TV and CD Player. After completing install they than worked with me to operate each unit for correct operation and assisted in moving to and from each electronic unit. They than cleaned and left the home better than when they arrived.

I bought a TV for my Mom and needed to fly back to LA. I was so impressed with the profesionalism and Josh Gordon should be applauded. He made the install seamless connecting all devices and putting my Mom at ease that it was done right. She couldn't stop raving the job Josh did and I was so happy I waited for GeekSquad to perdorm the install in Union Hall, VA. Thank yiu so much.

We had a very slow start to the process. Our first sales person, Heath, oversold us for the size of the room that we had. The second group that came out indicated this and did not work. The third group that came out installed only one room. This was Dominic. He did a good job But he definitely didn’t do anymore than he had to. The last person we had out was Lorenzo. We cannot say enough nice things about him. He went above and beyond and was outstanding.

Nick and tech partner was very thorough. There was even a followed-up a few days after the installation to make sure everything was working as expected in my studio area.

The Best Tech Support Ever!!! Travis went above and beyond to make sure our home Music studio was set up and Professionally connected to produce top quality sounds and the best arrangement of equipment. He even went beyond the call of duty and programmed our TV remote to our television! Thanks Trae! We are truly happy and satisfiedcustomer!

Both tech’s were great!! Arrived on time, asked questions on how I wanted set up, offered options on mounting. Walked carefully but at a good pace. Set up all 3 TV’s. Explained everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

The guys from Geek Squad were a big help they came over and set up all of the brackets for my TVs and they also set up my sound bar and all of my Sonos speaker so I could have surroundsound ...they spent time walking me through everything and I’m very happy with the service.

Jose and Anthony were great. They exceeded expectations. They're both very knowledgeable, calm and diligent. I would welcome them into my home anytime. A+ service.

Make your sound bar move with your TV. Go install on your TV rack mount, also move it foward and backwards.

No issues everything went smooth. Besides him not knowing about my wireless direct tv box.

They set up arc to control tv sound and/or music from my phone. They split my speaker zones. They were very patient with me.
