Q: When will this item be back in stock? Is this a California aproved appliance?
A: Newair has discontinued this model so my guess is it won't ever be back in stock. I'm not sure what you mean by California approved but yes it was sold in California and so is the newer version. The model that replaced this one is the Newair CC-300H the major difference between the two is that the newer model has a heating function in addition to the cooling function. They are great humidors, I own one and am looking to purchase a second one. I would highly recommend this product.
