Great fridge

Works well, love the dual temp. The 41 degrees keeps my soft drinks cold enough, and the 55 on the bottom is perfect for the wine.

Received defective item

Arrived defective. The door is not on straight. Decided to look past that but now the unit does not cool properly. Total waste of money.

Serviceable wine fridge

I am pleased with the size and the overall look of the unit where I have it placed. I did experience a couple of things when I first received it. The interior light wouldn't come on and the temperature controls would not adjust. I contacted New Air customer support and they were prompt with their response and diagnosis. However, it's a bit of a pain - the controls need to be 'reset' when this happens by simultaneously pushing two of the buttons for several seconds. While the fix works, it is not permanent. Each time I want to turn on the light or adjust the temperature I have to perform the reset. It's easy enough to do, but if I have a guest or visitor who doesn't know this little oddity, I could see that being an issue. Also, it's supposed to be a 43-bottle fridge, but my maximum appears as it will be 35 IF I have all skinny bottles. The traditional bell-shaped red wine bottle will reduce that number. Overall for the price a decent choice.

High quality. More than enough storage room. Looks slick and cool. Adjustable temperature for 2 areas. The only thing is you have to manually turn on the light in the dark. Other than that, can’t beat the look, storage and features at the price.

Compact yet spacious

This wine fridge is the perfect size for me, it's compact but still stores an impressive number of wine bottles. I was looking for a quality, affordable, dual-zone wine fridge to store whites and reds. This fridge is the best deal out there to meet those marks!

To turn the light on you have to unlock it,it locks in 20 seconds so while you are looking to see what bottle you want the light is stuck on.You then have to unlock it to turn the light off.What a pain.why not have it lock after a minute?

We have been using for approximately 3 weeks. Delivered directly to my home in excellent condition and it was easy to setup. Dual Zone temp works great, blue light of fridge is a nice touch

Avoid at all costs

This company is awful. Compressor died within 4 months. Call for service they have none. Will need to send replacement unit. But there's a catch. Only 30 day warranty. They charge a $263 shipping fee to replace. I paid $294 to purchase new. It's now in the trash. DO NOT buy from this company

I asked for the wine cooler to be delivered and installed. Best Buy said free installation was no problem. The old one wine & soda cooler would be hauled out Instead the wine cooler was delivered by UPS not Best Buy. Best Buy did not install nor hall out old cooler and could not do it. I notified them to pick up the new wine cooler and refund my purchase. The wine cooler was free standing. Instead I bought a wine cooler free standing at Home Depot and it was delivered and installed and haul the old one away.
