One star… but with a caveat. The chair setup is amazing and perfect for flight sim BUT the service with Next level is beyond abysmal. It came missing pieces and the two flight plates were bent (and this isn’t a metal you can just “bend back” its sturdy and meant to fit snugly but slide. I have called everyday for 8 days and not one response. “Lines are busy leave a message” the. No one ever gets back to you. If it comes with all the parts and nothing is damaged… great chair… if you need the slightest assistance find a new company. ( also not BB fault)

The box it came in was completely and utterly thrashed, i got a partial refund for how thrashed it was, which is good. The seat is a little small for larger fellas like me, but it is good motivation for me l. It being all metal with modularity is an absolute plus.

This chair is awesome. It is like being a real pilot. So glad I purchased it and always fast shipping with Best Buy
