i have been trying to download NIGHT OWL to my laptop pc and to my iphone since i had my new dvr night owl installed, it seems i can't not do so.

The DVR is fine. It works just like we need. The down side is the app. I could not create an account. It would not allow me to tap anything to create it.

I purchase this product to replace the last DVR I had. The product stops recording after 8 in the evening and start recording again in the morning. I called Night owl customer service and their was nothing they were able to do because it does not have an option for the Dvr to record 24-7

Great Purchase & Cost Effective!

This DVR was an upgrade. The set up was easy and we were able to install with no questions. The storage was the reason that we went with this particular DVR. The resolution is remarkable.
