Broken and dirty
I was extremely disappointed when i recieved this laptop. It was dirty and the 7 button was stuck. It was supposed to be refurbished but it looked like a kid had it for a year then turned it in.they didn't offer to fix or replace it. They just said send it back and when we receive it we will refund you. I dont recommend buying from this company.

About What You're Expecting For The Price
Runs just fine. But do not expect this to be useful for anything more than school/office work or basic editing tasks. It has good RAM and storage, but it's still slow overall when it comes to processing things. If you want to play games: they'll have to be lower end.

First Impression: It's OK
Great display, nice ram and rom but processor is the issue. Cannot operate multiple applications without slowing down. It's a good buy for a beginner or someone doing basic tasks.
