I was extremely disappointed when i recieved this laptop. It was dirty and the 7 button was stuck. It was supposed to be refurbished but it looked like a kid had it for a year then turned it in.they didn't offer to fix or replace it. They just said send it back and when we receive it we will refund you. I dont recommend buying from this company.

Runs just fine. But do not expect this to be useful for anything more than school/office work or basic editing tasks. It has good RAM and storage, but it's still slow overall when it comes to processing things. If you want to play games: they'll have to be lower end.

Great display, nice ram and rom but processor is the issue. Cannot operate multiple applications without slowing down. It's a good buy for a beginner or someone doing basic tasks.

I am pleased with this laptop! It is good quality, easy to use, and has a lot of storage! The only flaw is the battery quality is poor. It seems to die quickly. Overall, I am well pleased with this laptop :)

Nice laptop, lightweight, fast. I am using it for basics, college (Microsoft office apps, mainly) as well as PC game Raid Shadow Legends. Works well for both. The memory size and 32GB make this a great steal.

It is a great laptop especially since it is a refurbished model. I only gave 4 stars as it is slower than expected.

For the price, it's a pretty decent laptop. I with it was a bit stronger but there isn't much better than this for the price. Windows 11 makes it much slower though. If you put a diff OS on it, it will run better.

Fast shipping. Laptop appears like new. Win 11 is not easy to setup. Runs smoothly once it is done. Great value!!

Got here quick. It's a straight-forward low frills laptop with a lot of storage. It looks nice. The screen is big. Everything works as it should. The shipper was nice and responded quickly to my questions. I love it!!!
