Slowest computer ever owned

Very disappointed with this laptop. Despite having 16GB RAM, the performance is extremely slow even for basic tasks like browsing and opening apps. For the price, I expected much better speed and reliability. I would not recommend this laptop.

this is not sold by Best Buy. It is sold by YEAHER which is horrible in their public relations and customer support. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. personal experience!!

I like this color; it looks very nice. The keyboard is also very smooth. The speed is acceptable, but not as fast as I expected.
